MOLIETS, beautiful villa for 8 people, with swimming pool, with all amenities at your fingertips and the beach of Les Chênes Lièges at 3.5 km. Between beach, golf, forest and bike path, its location is ideal to enjoy your holiday in the Landes.
It is composed of 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with queen size bed and its adjoining bathroom (shower, toilet and basin); 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed; 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each; 1 bathroom with corner bath and double sink; 1 storeroom with washing machine; 1 separate toilet; 1 large living room with dining area for 8 people, living area with TV and sofa, and open kitchen equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Espresso maker...). Swimming pool of 7m x 3.5 m, depth 1.40 m. Terrace with umbrella, garden furniture, plancha. WIFI. Enclosed garden. Sheets and towels provided. A contribution to charges of €50 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 170€).
