Property was very clean and layout was fantastic for us. Fully stocked house with beach chairs, wagon and towels. Loved how attentive the property company was to check in to make sure we had what we needed and no issues. Would 100% recommend. This was year 7 for us and we have rented houses each year and this is our top house. We have had wonderful stays at others but loved the location and the 4 bath / 4 bedroom!

Incredible House!

We stay at rentals 2-3x/year and this is we one of our best experiences. The location is incredible. 1 min walk to the beach, 3 mins to coffee and ice cream, and restaurants everywhere. The pool is the perfect size for little kids and the water was super warm! Overall incredible property!

Beautiful beach home

Beautiful home on AMI in a perfect location- walkable to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. The property managers were very helpful as well. We will definitely look forward to booking another trip!

Wonderful Experience

The house was perfect for our last minute getaway to AMI. Perfectly located with a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. House was clean and in great condition with everything we needed for our stay. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were quickly responded to and resolved by the management company. Could not have asked for a better experience!

A great vacation home

This house was perfect for my family. Location was less than a minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to local restaurants. The view from the rooftop was breathe taking. Everything was very modern and new. The elevator was very helpful while getting our luggages in and out as there were many stairs. The pool was absolutely amazing, enjoyed our time in it especially how private it was! Will definitely consider staying there again as it made our vacation that much better!

Great family stay

Our family booked a last second trip to Anna Maria. This was our second time on the island and this house was a perfect location for the Beach and Pine Ave. The house and pool area were spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and had everything we needed. The best part about the house was the seperate floors, lookout deck and the amenities. We greatly appreciated the wagon, umbrellas, chairs and football. We left a new set of sand buckets for the next family that stays. We look forward to being back next year!

Stunning home!

Our third time renting on the island. This home was definitely our favorite! We splurged a little more on a house that had a shorter walk to the beach and more up-to-date....this home was completely worth it! Short walk to the beach on a quiet street, tastefully decorated, kitchen was gorgeous with everything we needed, pool was clean & heated which was perfect for our cool week we had there. Communication with rental company was excellent and the roof top patio had brilliant views of the ocean for evening cocktails! We loved the little extras that made us feel comfortable; plenty of towels, quality kitchenware, fireplace with LED flames for a cozy ambiance. We will rent here again!

Hidden Gem

We loved our stay at Paradise Bound in Anna Maria! This ended up being an unexpected booking when our original VRBO host cancelled our booking day of our check-in, and we are so grateful it was available so last minute! AMI locals was super attentive to our comfort the entire time of our stay, even bringing over additional silverware that we may have needed. Everything was very clean and very well taken care of, we highly recommend! The kids loved the pool and spa and the very convenient private beach access just down the street. The fact that every room had its own bathroom was also an added bonus! The only thing that was missing was basic kitchen staples we usually find at VRBO homes we have stayed in in the past. Otherwise, this was the absolute perfect save to our almost ruined vacation. Thank you AMI Locals!!!

Staycation

Our family throughly enjoyed this vacation. We had 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids ages 5-8. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and to restaurants and shops. The home was well equipped with wagons, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. We had enough towels for both showers and the beach. I would recommend bringing extra trash bags, paper towels, dish detergent, and laundry pods. The home does start you off with a couple of each. Each bathroom comes with a mini stock of toiletries as well. Unloading all our groceries and suitcases was easy due to the elevator. The layout was nice for our families. I do wish that the pool was more visible from the living room/kitchen area as we do have young swimmers. This wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Very clean home. A couple of the kids in our party have environmental allergies and they had no issues with this home. Shortly after arrival, we did receive a call from maintenance requesting if they could come by to replace an air filter. They were very accommodating when we requested for them to come the following day when we would be present. We will be booking again!

Worst experience ever

The day we checked in, we noticed many things wrong with the property. Lights were falling off the ceiling, there were BUGS all over one of the bedrooms, and there were bugs all over the kitchen. We notified the property management instantly and they refused to do anything. The following day I noticed bugs were calling all over my kids while they were asleep. I took pictures and notified the property manager again and they refused to do anything. Then our ac stops working, after calling nonstop and complaining they send a tech out to look at it at 11 pm, and the end results were I can't fix this until the following day, so in the crazy FL heat, we didn't have any AC. Then someone comes and turns off the pool filter, the heater, and all the features related to the pool. When we called to ask why well their answer was we received a complaint from the neighbor that there was a loud beeping noise coming from the side of the house so we had to shut off the pool. We kindly ask them to come to fix it since we still had several days left and were instantly denied. I would never recommend this property to anyone. There was no manager that wanted to speak with us directly. Each time we called we got pushed off by the employees that work in the property management. We even tried to get in touch with the owner of the property and he seemed to ignore calls from VRBO.

Beautiful Property!!

This is a beautiful property and so close to the beach! I highly recommend it! A couple things to take in consideration , as this is the first time I experienced this in a rental. They only provide one trash bag, they do not have any kitchen towels and there is no condiments in the house, not even salt and pepper. I was not impressed with the property management either and how they handled an issue we had with the pool. We reported an issue with the pool one hour after we checked in and they sent someone over that couldn't fix it. The pool then started making such an unbearable noise that even the neighbors called several times to complain. Finally someone came over at 10 PM to turn it off after 12 hours. Thankfully we found the breaker before then! it was loud! We couldn't really use the pool or spa as it was fixed the day we checked out. 3 days later! And the pool guy had it fixed in about 30 minutes as we were literally pulling out to leave. We understand things break, but the way it was handled was very disappointing. Which is a shame as the house is really beautiful and in a great location.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

The entire process from booking to checking in and checking out was wonderful! The property was beautiful and location was perfect. Just a short few steps and we were at the beach. After lounging on the beach, we would come back and have lunch and lounge by the pool. I fell in love with Anna Maria, and will definitely be back!

Great Family Vacation

Location was great. The house lacked some creature comforts such as dressers or at the very minimum luggage racks. We lived out of our suitcases for 5 days.. Also lacked basics in the kitchen such as hand soap, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. We ended up buying it all and toting it back home. No extra extra blankets or pillows. Rating it 4 out of 5 stars because it just could have had “more” to make it truly spectacular.

Clean, Spacious Home in Great Location

Paradise Bound was the perfect house for our family of six. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a spacious living area and kitchen. The house was very clean and the kitchen well-appointed for cooking meals. And the rooftop deck was fun for happy hour sunsets each night. The pool/spa was also perfect for a quick swim or mid-afternoon break from the nearby beach; it is heated and a good size. Speaking of the beach, it was a few minute walk to get there which was super convenient for us with all of our beach gear. The house comes with four beach chairs and a wagon, and we rented an umbrella, cooler, life jackets and beach toys from the management company. All were waiting for us when we checked in! We also had all of our groceries delivered to the house which was super convenient. The location of the house is great! Beyond the easy beach access, it was walkable to several great restaurants and shopping. We rented bikes for a few days and hardly needed our rental car. Again, the management company arranged for bike drop off and pickup making it super easy. The management company was very responsive and provides a helpful concierge service. Amanda was our contact and she was super friendly and helpful. The house seems relatively new which meant it was in great condition. The only things we thought it needs are (1) dresser drawers in the bedrooms, (2) more seating by the pool, (3) smaller plastic glassware for the pool area, and (4) more basic items upon check in like trash bags, dishwasher and washing machine soap. All in all this house was awesome and we’d stay here again. We can’t wait to get back to AMI!

Lovely home, perfect location

Paradise Bound is a beautiful home, well appointed, and the location was perfect for our family – quiet neighborhood, 100 yards from entrance to the beach, and just 2 blocks from the main street with some shoppes and restaurants. The home has been recently remodeled. We believe we were the third family to stay. My husband, teenage daughter, and I enjoyed the space, quiet, pool/spa area, as well as overall location. We had room to spread out. We are decerning travelers- and give this home 5 stars. Being that the home is new, it was fresh and clean – still had some construction “grime” on some surfaces, but that is to be expected with a newly constructed home. The AMI staff was responsive and courteous. The pool is cleaned twice a week and maintained beautifully. Minor suggestions: coasters for the home to preserve wood surfaces - our family used small plates when they were putting a beverage down. In addition, a Wifi extender to get the WiFi to the top floor would be nice – as WiFi up on that floor was spotty, but we did not spend much time in the room as there is so much to do. We rented bikes and it was fun riding all over the island. We also enjoyed the nightly sunsets on the beach which is steps from Paradise Bound. There are 2 lounge chairs at the pool which worked out fine for our family of three, but for larger groups, my need to bring out the beach chairs or make other accomodations. There are four beach chairs provided and a wagon for the beach which was terrific and easy. The TV in the main room does not have cable – but we could stream from our computer. Finally, to keep this home pristine, the cleaning team should pay attention to corners, inside cabinets, and baseboards. Overall, Paradise Bound was beautiful and the pictures accurately reflect the home. Thank you Paradis Bound. We made many memories. Hope the next family has as much fun as we did.

GREAT SPOT

GREAT SPOT! This house is in a great location! We could walk everywhere we wanted from the beach to Pine street where all the shops and restaurants are. The street was a really quiet street too, which was nice for my husband and son who like to through the football in the road. The beach access is right across the street and so cute. Its this pretty boardwalk that goes through the dunes out onto the big beach. Perfect spot for our family selfie pictures we take every vacation! 😊 The house was brand new and very pretty. I loved the deck areas, and the fireplace in the living room was a nice addition on the cooler evenings in December. The pool was nice and heated so we enjoyed it and the hot tub along with the back yard. It is AstroTurf which I like a lot because its not dirty, so I could walk around in bare feet all day! Do not miss the sunsets on the rooftop deck… Beautiful. We had a wonderful time, AMI Locals was great to deal with and we will definitely call them again if we make it back to Anna Maria.
