Garden furniture. Enclosed garden. Barbecue. Free public parking spaces on the port at 50m. Electric heating. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. New bedding. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ... etc.).
To rent at least fortnight the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).
