includes Master Suite with private deck full bath with jacuzzi tub, a 5th bedroom and another full bath. This 2nd level also boasts the Great room which includes a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and Living room. The living room provides 2 large sliders giving access to a large wrap around deck to dinner with the family. TVs: located in the living room and 1st Floor Den. Beach path is on 48th Street to one of most desirable beach locations on the island. This home is in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk or bike to downtown business district. Electric Car charger installed for tenants use in September 2024.
