Huset låg med fantastisk utsikt över bergen och delvis hamnen men att ta sig dit var dock ganska jobbigt då det var en rejäl backe dit. Passar inte för äldre eller barnfamiljer.Husets layout var trevlig men slitet. Skulle behöva en översyn. Värden var trevlig men hans engelska var obefintlig. Saknade även infopärm om allt matnyttigt.

einfach ausgestattete Wohnung zum günstigen Preis

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön. Die Ausstattung war allerdings wirklich sehr einfach, alt und abgewohnt. Toaster und Kaffeemaschine gingen kaputt und wurden umgehend durch Gebrauchte ersetzt. Wäre schön, wenn die alten Teflonpfannen mal erneuert würden. Beim Duschen floss die Hälfte des Wassers durch den Duschkopf, die andere durch den Wasserhahn. Auch die Sofas fanden wir sehr unbequem. Andererseits gibt es einen großen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht, einen gepflegten Pool,den wir meist für uns alleine hatten und der Vermieter hat bei Fragen und Problemen sofort reagiert.

Reiniguns- und renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung

Insgesamt haben wir uns dort 4 Wochen wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten uns mit den Mängeln der Wohnung arangieren. Guter Grundriss der Wohnung. Was dringenst durchgeführt werden muss, ist eine Grundreinigung der Böden, Badezimmer, Küchenmöbel, Sofapolster, Fenster usw. Ausgetauscht werden müssten die zwei Sofaeinheiten, da sie durchgesessen sind. Duschvorhang sollte ausgetauscht werden. Schranktüren teilweise in der Küche lose. Reparierungsbedürftig. 4 Fliesen vor der Balkontüre sind lose und gebrochen.

Unschlagbare Aussicht, tolle Anlage!

Die Unterkunft ist von der Lage her ein Traum! Wer gut zu Fuß unterwegs ist und sich bewusst ist, dass man kein Luxusapartment bezieht kann die Wohnung nur lieben, wirklich! Man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß direkt am Strand, bzw. am Hafen, hat direkt gegenüber den Anfang eines Wanderweges und vor sich die wunderschönen Berge. Den Pool hatten wir die komplette Woche für uns allein, da noch kaum Gäste generell auf Mallorca waren. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber super

Ferienwohnung Port de Söller

Die Wohnung wurde gut mit Navi gefunden, der nicht ! deutsch sprechende Kontakt war pünktlich vor Ort und sehr freundlich.Das App. war groß und geräumig und hatte einen schönen Blick auf die Sierra Tramatura und seitlich zum Hafen. Die Einrichtung war in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gepflegt, ebenso wie die Küchenausstattung, das Geschirr musste nachgereinigt werden, die Speisekammer war mit überlagerten Lebensmitteln gefüllt. Eine Renovierung und Überholung der Wohnung wäre angezeigt.

Große Wohnung, Sauberkeit sollte verbessert werden

Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß, hat einen offenen Kamin und einen Balkon. Wir wurden mit einem großen Korb Orangen begrüßt und in der Küche befanden sich notwendige Dinge, wie Spülmittel, Salz, Essig usw. In den Schränken fanden wir sogar Sandspielzeug und Spielzeug für den Pool. Und es waren Bücher und Zeitschriften in verschiedenen Sprachen vorhanden. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber, es roch etwas muffig. Trotzdem hatten wir schöne Tage in einer wunderschönen Umgebung.

Der Gasofen funktionierte nicht. Die Sauberkeit/Ordnung in den Schränken liess zu wünschen übrig. Ab und zu sollte mal jemand die Bestände in den Küchenschränken aussortieren.

The most romantic terrace under the full moon

We enjoyed the cosy, comfortable, tidy rooms with high ceiling and good air and especially the French door and balcony with a view to the mountains, even a bit to the harbour and see. The perfect weathers, clear watered, clean, comfortable pool, parking space, quiet surroundings just a 10 minutes walk to the center, nice restaurant 100, away... all the beautiful pine trees and blooming trees and bushes in many colours really made our stay enjoyable. Nothing to complain with:)

Het appartement moet nodig opgeknapt worden

De staat van de woning is niet goed meer. Deuren klemmen en kunnen niet goed open/dicht. Keuken is donker, laden vallen uit elkaar. Het appartement is erg warm. Weinig mogelijkheid tot verkoeling in het appartement. De locatie is wel prima. Ligt op 10 minuten lopen van het strand.

Toller Blick in die Berge und auf den Hafen

Unsere Unterkunft war schön, die Zimmer typisch mallorquinisch. Ja, die Küche hat schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel und das Bad ist auch nicht ganz Up to date. Aber insgesamt überwiegen der Charme und die Lage. Der Weg in das Zentrum war problemlos zu bewältigen. Die Übergabe war optimal. Für die Kinder war der große Pool natürlich das Highlight. Besonders toll fanden wir den riesigen Korb mit mallorquinischen Orangen, der uns bei Übergabe überrascht hat. Damit war der Orangensaft zum Frühstück gesichert. Wir können die Ferienwohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

In opzet een prima woning, maar door achterstallig onderhoud met gebreken. Toilet stopte niet met lopen, kieren in de buitendeuren van een centimeter. Sommige buitendeuren sloten nauwelijks en bij een beetje wind continu aan het klapperen.

Everything a bit old

We stayed here for three nights. It was okay. The check-in was really easy and sympathic. The beds were very comfortable and cozy and we loved the view from the terrace. But the kitchen was very old and used. We cleaned everything before we used it. Some things were disgusting and it was no fun cooking there. The sofa was very unconfortable but we liked the german channels on television. It was really quite there and easy to find a parking lot in front of the house.
