séjour agréable dans un décor suranné
appartement bien équipé dans un decor plutôt ancien. avec vue superbe depuis la terrasse, mais d'accès compliqué sur les hauteurs du quartier Fener. voiture indispensable : 18 mn â pied pour descendre à la plage, 40 mn pour remonter.

Es müssten ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden ( bodenfliesen, Küche, etc) und mehr auf die Sauberkeit der küchenutensilien geachtet werden. Top Lage mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Magnifique vue sur la mer
Magnifique vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse, la maison (avec 4 appartements) est située dans les hauteurs de Llança. Belle région, beaucoup de visites à faire. La mer est à 5 min en voiture, 20 min à pied (avec un belle montée au retour !). L'aménagement est un peu vieillot, mais l'appartement est agréable. Nous le recommandons.

pourrait bien mieux faire
l'appartement serait agréable (vue magnifique sur terrasse) mais équipement intérieur (ménager et cuisine) est plus que limité (vieux, déficient, hors normes électriques )

location qui pourrait être mieux
La vue époustouflante est pour beaucoup dans le prix , mais le reste laisse à désirer. L'ensemble est vieillot et demanderait à être rénové.Il est même dommage de le laisser ainsi, car il pourrait être superbe.Par contre il manque vraiment une clim. et la wifi, indispensable.
