Belle amélioration de la villa : un ouveau mobilier de jardin de qualité , la climatisation et toujours un magnifique jardin. ProblÚme d' ouverture de porte automatique de garage non résolu... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir l' année prochaine.

Maison trÚs agréable

Maison trÚs agréable et quartier trÚs clame. Une grande piscine bien entretenue 2 fois par semaine. Elle a été rénovée entiÚrement pour y mettre des marches donc il faudrait mettre des photos plus récentes. Le jardin est tres beau avec des palmiers et des fleurs. Le service interhome tjrs au top. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Villa propre, belle piscine rénovée avec marches , magnifique jardin. Mais dommage mobilier extérieur de trÚs bas de gamme... et absence totale de coussins et de matelas ! Excellent séjour malgré tout.

TrĂšs bien mais ...

La maison et ses extĂ©rieures sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables, dans le trĂšs beau quartier de Balcon Al Mar. La piscine de 5m x 10m est idĂ©ale et Ă  l'abri des regards. La maison en elle mĂȘme est spacieuse et correctement Ă©quipĂ©e. Les matelas sont de plutĂŽt bonne qualitĂ© (mĂȘme si on peut dĂ©plorer que les 2 matelas du lit parental ne soient pas Ă  la mĂȘme hauteur). La cuisine, bien que petite est hyper fonctionnelle, rien ne manque (il y a mĂȘme une cocotte minute) si ce n'est peut ĂȘtre une sauteuse. BĂ©mol sur la qualitĂ© de froid du rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, qui a beaucoup peinĂ© pendant notre sĂ©jour (rarement en dessous de 10° ce qui est nettement insuffisant pour conserver les aliments dans de bonnes conditions, nous avons d'ailleurs perdu plusieurs denrĂ©es) Pour les chambres, nous savions la maison non climatisĂ©e, mais il n'y a mĂȘme pas de ventilateurs !! ObligĂ©s d'en acheter pour tenter de rafraichir la chambre la nuit car la notre n'avait qu'une fenĂȘtre donnant sur la terrasse/veranda, donc pas vraiment d'air, mĂȘme en tentant de crĂ©er des courants d'air et en laissant la porte de la piĂšce ouverte .... intimitĂ© ... Pour finir, un peu déçus de ne pas avoir trouvĂ© de coussins pour les transats au bord de la pisicine, lĂ  encore un achat non prĂ©vu et qui ne sera pas forcĂ©ment utile par la suite ... A noter d'ailleurs, que les transats semblent montrer quelques signes de vieillissement.
