Welcome to Haus der Sonne. Located in Cumbre del Sol, this beautiful, detached holiday home features a private 8 x 4 m pool. With 2 bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, a living room with an open kitchen, satellite TV, and an additional bathroom, the home can accommodate up to 4 people. A toddler up to 3 years old is also welcome to stay in the parents’ bedroom. One bedroom has air conditioning, and the smaller bedroom is equipped with a portable air conditioner. The pool terrace is perfect for sunbathing, and from there you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea all the way to Calpe and the Peñon de Ifach. We look forward to your visit. Supermarkets, restaurants, and the famous pebble beach CALA DEL MORAIG are located about 3 km away.

La vue depuis la terrasse est très belle, mais la contre-partie est que c’est toujours très venté.La maison est propre et bien entretenue mais l’équipement vaisselle minimal.Nous avions payé 45 de location de linge (1 paire de draps et 2 grandes et 2 petites serviettes). Le drap fourni n’était pas à la dimension du lit (trop petit). La propriétaire voulait bien nous en fournir un autre mais en payant un supplément. Il a fallu l’intervention de la plate-forme de réservation pour enfin en avoir un au bout de 6 jours. C’est vraiment dommage.

Sehr geehrter Gast, es tut mir leid, dass Sie der Wind auf der Terrasse des Ferienhauses gestört hat.Sie haben ein Haus auf einem Berg für Ihren Urlaub gebucht und bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen empfinden es die Gäste eher angenehm,wenn es etwas windet.Leider haben wir keinen Einfluss auf die Wetterlage.Das Haus wird für 4 Personen angeboten und ist dementsprechend auch mit Geschirr ausgestattet.Daher ist es nicht ganz verständlich, dass es durch eine Belegung von 2 Personen nicht ausreichend war. Bei Anreise wird für die Gäste ein Grundpaket an Wäsche bereitgestellt. Wenn Sie spezielle Grössen bevorzugen,hätten Sie dies vorher anfragen können,was nicht erfolgt ist.Die Bettwäsche war mit Spannbettlaken für ein Doppelbett,Kissenbezügen und 2 Deckenbezügen der Standartgrösse des Bettes angepasst.Es ist schade, dass das Haus mit Standort und Ausstattung nicht voll ihren Vorstellungen entsprochen hat.

Eine tolles Haus mit allem was man benötigt. Der Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter haben uns bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles genau erklärt. Alles top sauber. Wir hatten 18 wunderbare Tage dort und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in Benitatxell verbracht und waren absolut begeistert von unserem Ferienhaus. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet mit dem Pool alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage war ruhig und angenehm – perfekt zum Abschalten.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Betreuung vor Ort: Die Ansprechpartnerin war jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich, hilfsbereit und absolut vertrauenswürdig. Der Empfang bei der Ankunft war herzlich, alles wurde in Ruhe erklärt, und auch während unseres Aufenthalts war die Kommunikation jederzeit unkompliziert. Man hatte das Gefühl, gut aufgehoben zu sein – ein echter Pluspunkt!Die Villa selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Kleine Details wie die Einrichtung, der gepflegte Außenbereich und die ruhige Umgebung haben den Aufenthalt für uns perfekt gemacht. Auch bei kleineren Fragen wurde sofort reagiert – vielen Dank dafür!Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Fünf Sterne – besonders für die tolle Betreuung vor Ort!

Traumhaft

Das Haus ist wirklich in allem zu empfehlen, sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Die Verwalter sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour passé en famille. Belle maison conforme à l’annonce située sur les hauteurs avec belle vue mer. Plages de sable et plusieurs criques aux alentours.
