Lakefront duplex property, nicely finished. 2 bedroom and queen size hide-a-bed.

Lakefront property. You will enjoy a full bathroom with a very large shower, pantry, laundry room, and beautiful views of Burgess Lake Reservoir. Our favorite area is the large patio with a double swing in which we relax and take in all of the views of the mountain. Walkout lower level 2 bedroom with queen size hide-a-bed in the main living area. Sleeps 6. No pets allowed.
The HOA has restricted water activities and fishing to residents only. There are several reservoirs within a few miles that allow these activities. 3 day minimum stay.

Located in Spring Valley, a neighbourhood in Divide, this holiday home is in the mountains and on the waterfront. Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument and Manitou and Pike's Peak Railway are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at North Slope Recreation Area and Shining Mountain Golf Club. Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center and North Pole Colorado are also worth visiting. Recently built, great open floor plan with bedrooms on opposite sides (big plus IMHO) gourmet cookies on the counter on arrival. Very very quiet area. Everything modern and clean. Great place, bummer was no TV but lots of games if you’re wanting quality time with kids. Microwave only inside cooking option but we didn’t need it and perhaps you’ll be dining out or eating at friends or family place as we did. I’d certainly come again on my next visit. Really amazing place, location and very fair price

Amazing Hosts! The property is absolutely beautiful and the view is incredible. Check in process and communication with hosts were great. Lots of board games to play at the house and it made the trip a lot more memorable. Super close to attractions but far enough out of the city that you could enjoy the scenery.

This was an amazing stay at a peaceful and beautiful location. The home was clean, spacious and offered a comfortable stay for a family vacation. It had all the necessities to make it feel like home away from home. The best and most memorable part for my family was the gourmet cookies that greeted us upon arrival. We couldn’t get enough. What a slice of heaven. If you’re looking for a place that is quiet and serene, and you like watching wildlife walk through the yard, then this place is for you! The only caution I have is that there are quite a few stairs leading to the house. They’re made from railroad ties and pea gravel. My friend who is 79 had a hard time with them. Otherwise, this place is perfect!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! It was a beautiful setting and a great central location for the activities we did around the area. It was one of the cleanest and neatest places we've ever stayed, and we hope to come back someday.

What an amazing place. The views were breathtaking. The house was perfect. We had everything thing we needed. Does not have a TV. But with the views you don’t need it anyway. You can get lost in nature. I would definitely recommend this place. Becky was quick to communicate with any questions we had. We were able to check in early. She also welcomed us with some amazing cookie. We would definitely stay here again

It was a great property. The location was amazing. The only minor issue was that the gravel road was a little rough getting to the property, but worth the drive. We enjoyed our stay.

Mountain oasis!
