Het appartement is klein maar ook veel oude versleten meubels, ijskast maakt veel lawaai zetel met een oud deken over, terrasligbedden met kapotte oude matrassen .... zijn dan ook een dag vroeger vertrokken

Lejlighed med skøn udsigt

Dejlig delvis overdækket altan med super udsigt. Sol fra ca. kl. 10:00 (15.-25. januar). Og smukke solnedgange. Lejligheden ligger ved lystbådehavnen. Mange gode restauranter i gå-afstand, og en dejlig strandpromenade fører til Calp by og den hyggelig gamle bydel. God parkeringskælder med elevator til lejligheden på 10.sal

Tanto la zona como la ubicación del apartamento nos a parecido de las mejores de Calpe. En cuanto al apartamento, todo a sido acogedor pero la terraza es lo que más nos ha gustado sin duda, ya que es espaciosa, bien equipada y tiene unas vistas increíbles. Experiencia inolvidable, para repetir!

Terrasse spacieuse, vue splendide, résidence standing calme. 2 nouveautés : - les fauteuils en rotin ont été remplacés par des chaises en plastique noir inconfortables et à la solidité douteuse - des nouveaux luminaires noirs dans le séjour et la chambre : pas très esthétique Globalement le mobilier est vieillot (ne correspond pas vraiment à un classement 4 étoiles). Frigo à changer. Serait-il possible d'afficher dans l'appartement la date de la dernière révision de la climatisation ?

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen. Sie verfügt über einen atemberaubenden Mehrblick, den man auf einer sehr großen und gemütlichen Terrasse genießen kann. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht zum Kochen (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher sowie Herd und Backofen). Der einzige Nachteil - unbequemes Bett.

Zonnig appartement

Prima appartement voor verblijf met twee mensen. Voldoende ingericht, half open keuken badkamer heeft dubbele wastafel en goede douchestraal in het bad. ( door de hoge instap minder geschikt voor minder mobiele mensen). Deze badkamer zou wel eens vernieuwd mogen worden. Woonkamer heeft zetel(-bed). Er is een satelliet-TV met alleen “vreemde”-(anderstalige) posten. Fantastisch groot zonnig terras met full zeezicht en voldoende meubilair. Privé autostandplaats op -2 en toegang tot Socioclub.

Lo mejor del apartamento las vistas espectaculares desde la terraza Al apartamento le faltaba un pequeño toque de renovación en baño, cocina y puertas También le falta un toldo en la terraza De los dos ascensores solo funcionaba uno al estar en el piso 10 aveces había que esperar mucho tiempo

¡Perfecto! Buena ubicación. Vistas Increíbles, incluso desde la cama. Terraza enorme y bien equipada (como en la foto). Apartamento ideal para parejas, cómodo, tiene lo justo e imprescindible. Cama y almohadas confortables. Buena limpieza. WIFI muy bien. Plaza de garaje, buena. La piscina bien, pero el recinto (cesped), bastante escaso para los 2 edificios de apartamentos que abarca. La atención por parte de INTERHOME, es formidable, obsequios bienvenida, buenos profesionales. M. ¡GRACIAS!
