Concarneau, 400 metres from city centre: a 30-square-meter apartment with unobstructed ocean views, located on the 3rd floor with an lift. The suite consists of a 30 m² main room with a bed (160 + 200), a small living area with armchairs, a TV, a table, and chairs, a separate, fully equipped kitchen (with a small wine cellar), tastefully decorated, and a bathroom with a large shower (toilet).You’ll also enjoy a magnificent ocean view from the terrace, which features a large living area, table, and dining area. (Large double-glazed windows with electric shutters.) In the basement, there is one private parking space with a maximum clearance height of 1.90 under the carport. The city centre and the walled city are a 3-minute walk from the residence, as are numerous restaurants.<br>Thalassotherapy is a 10-minute walk away.

Beau studio avec magnifique vue .

Maryline est très arrageante pour l'arrivée.Appartement très bien situé face à l'océan avec une terrasse bien confortable. La proximité de la ville close et du centre ville est un plus pour tout faire à pieds.
