We had the perfect getaway in this condo. The location to the beach and the view was breathtaking. The condo has plenty of beach toys and chairs so we didn’t have to worry packing those. There are lots of restaurant options close by. John’s Pass was also near for eating, shopping, coffee or ice cream. We were also able to rent the jet skis located in John’s Pass. The host was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place for your stay.

This property was just amazing. Terrific view, close John's pass, 2 good restaurants right across the street. If you have somebody in your party with mobility issues, you should consider staying here. The parking spot is very close to the elevator, and the door is right across from it. The balcony is directly over the pool, you can easily talk to someone sitting there. The bed are very confidant, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped too.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! This condo was everything advertised and more. We have traveled to the area many times but this was our first stay at Seaview. As expected, the sunsets were fabulous and the water was gorgeous. The condo and the grounds were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials.we could not have asked for a more perfect trip! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a fantastic time! The views were amazing, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, the kids went from the pool to hottub to beach and back a dozen times per day. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Excellent place. Would rent again if available. Owner was prompt and helpful. Elevator didn’t work one day, but was fixed within an hour. Pool was clean and so convenient right on the beach.

This condo was one of the best places we've stayed in the Maderia Beach area. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable with lots of pillows, and there were beach towels available. The host was easy to contact and responded right away to answer my questions. We will definitely be back and we will bring the rest of our family. Loved it!
