The Eagle’s Perch is a perfect place to spend time in nature and relax in comfort. The eco-Friendly cabin had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.
The owner was very welcoming on arrival. He was also available for any concerns or questions. The property was very well respresented in his description. We loved each day and night we spent in this cozy, new cabin! The cabin was pristine, nothing concerning at all about its cleanliness.
The views of the mountains were beyond breathtaking and it was very quiet! Certainly felt like we were miles away from everyone but we were close to multiple small towns.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would go back in a heartbeat!
The cabin was beautiful, clean, and the view was absolutely amazing! Dominic was great to work with and available to answer all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back soon!

My stay at Eagle’s Perch was exactly what I was looking for. For a month I enjoyed the well built, well equipped cabin, walking trails, and peace and quiet. Dominic and Sandra are wonderful people and their support team is excellent, too. The view of the mountains can’t be beat. This cabin won’t disappoint.

Laura,
Sandra and I happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again! It was a pleasure meeting you and we enjoyed walking and talking in the beautiful late winter sun.
Warm regards,

The booking and reservation was very easy and communication was smooth and seamless. A passcode was provided to us to unlock the Dropbox outside the cabin to get our key. Owner also came to show us all the top notch features in this brand new cabin. It is 100% solar powered and very sustainable. Had plenty of electricity even in January. This cabin sits on top of a small hill and overlooks trees, a beautiful sunset, and off to the distance you can see many mountain ranges (I think even Mt. Washington!). Cabin is really cozy and perfect for a winter or summer getaway. We came up here to go skiing at Sugarloaf Mountain, an 1hr drive away, and had so much fun. Cabin is tucked away in the woods so plenty of privacy, very quiet, and no light pollution so you can see stars at night. Also still very close and convenient to local supermarket. Highly recommend staying here!

Why they chose this property
Forty years of camping, hiking and trout fishing in central and northern Maine. When I saw the view from Mahoney Hill, I was hooked. When I saw the view from the ridgeline, I had to build my dream cabin! I feel blessed to own a piece of paradise, and enjoy sharing the experience with others. My home is on the same 105 acre property. We have made several friends in the area: really nice, welcoming locals. Harmony with nature, peace, healthy living.
What makes this property unique
I looked at several other large properties in central Maine, but when I saw the view and setting... knew this was it. This spring, a local took me on a hike to the location of what is now Eagles Perch. This cabin just had to be built. Worked with local builder Brian Frigon to design the ultimate Maine Cabin, with modern touches and eco-friendly off-grid systems. My passion is reflected in attention to detail and tasteful decor; no plastic mama-bear towel hooks needed. You will see historic maps, artifacts, books on the area, meteorology station and telescope. When someone loves what they do, it shows. I think you will agree.
