A quoi sert notre opinion ?

Une semaine de vacances dans l'année ! Et là nous arrivons dans un logement qui sent le moisi, qui a eu un dégât des eaux avec des plafonds non réparés, une literie usée, une cuisine avec des fils électriques qui pendent au bout d'une multiprise, une table de jardin dont le dessus est râpée par l'usure, un étendoir dans le même style et la moquette pour la mezzanine ça c'est le bouquet télé bloquée, rien pour nettoyer sauf un petit aspirateur

belle emplacement calme mais dommage !

Table de jardin déplorable usée +++ . Absence de climatisation, moquette sur la mezzanine bien usagée. Literies moyennes et les oreillers n en parlons pas . Aucun entretien , (peinture murs et plafond ) il me semble que vu le prix de la location, le proprio pourrait faire un effort, cela s’ appelle avoir du respect pour les locataires . Il ne s agit pas simplement que d encaisser les contributions.

Quelques améliorations ont été apportées

Le locataire a apporté des améliorations avec la plaque de cuisson neuve, des rallonges électriques. Il serait vraiment souhaitable que le pommeau de douche puisse être accroché. La table extérieure est vraiment fatiguée. Les matelas sont désuets Néanmoins, la location. Est très bien située et très calme. Toute commodités à proximité et place de parking. Le sol a été refait ce qui n'était pas du luxe.

70s charm in Gruissan

The house is cosy though a bit stuffy. What makes it an enjoyable relaxing stay is the shady garden. The house is perfectly located , in the centre of everything. We loved our week there.

De plus en plus dégradée

L'emplacement géographique reste au top mais la location se dégrade d'année en année. Deux plaques de cuisson sur quatre fonctionnent. La cuisine déjà très petite n'a pas de support pour égoutter les couverts. La cuisine est encombrée. Nous avons dû en acheter. La propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer. Les supports des gels douche sont rouillés. Pas de support du pommeau de douche. Le rideau de douche est sale.La moquette de la mezzanine est décollée au niveau des marches.

Prestation très insuffisante pour le prix

Les plus: Bon emplacement. Terrasse (et voisins !) très sympathiques. Les moins: Électricité dysfonctionnante et dangereuse. Frigo dysfonctionnant. Ménage (forfait imposé de 50€) non fait. Pas d'équipement électroménager de type lave-vaisselle ou lave-linge. Ensemble désuet et défraîchi.

Tout est assez rustique. La baignoire devrait laisser place à une douche (risque de chute), cuisine : vaisselle insuffisante, murs et sol défraîchis. Par contre, appartement et lieu très agréables, très bien situé, quartier calme, la terrasse arborée et fleurie.

Location avec du potentiel mais ménage superficiel

Cette location pourrait être agréable si des aménagements étaient apportés. Logement superficiellement propre a l'arrivée. Nous avons du refaire le ménage. De la terre sur l'extérieur de la baignoire, toiles d'araignée présentent partout. Interrupteurs très sales. Manque de vaisselle, par exemple seulement 2 tasses. La cafetière ne fonctionne pas. Pas d'accroche pour le pommeau de douche. Néanmoins, la literie et bonne. Nombreux rangements.
