About this property

Villa with swimming pool - Gaou Benat (Bormes les Mimomas) - 3 bedrooms (8 pers max)

Located in the private domain of Gaou Benat (municipality of Bormes les Mimosas), we have been renting since the summer of 2022 our 100m² single-storey villa with swimming pool (with alarm) in a flowered garden (and lit at night). The maximum capacity of the house is 8 people. You can enjoy its fully equipped exterior (outdoor table for 8 people, gas plancha, plenty of sunbeds and 3 parasols).

The villa is composed of a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Wifi on site.
Bedroom 1: a 140cm double bed
Bedroom 2: a 140cm double bed
Bedroom 3: 2 pairs of bunk beds and a sofa bed.
Enjoy the calm of the estate, its private beach (7min walk) with restaurant / bar, petanque court, tennis club. Supermarket in the estate.

The prices mentioned include cleaning and rental of sheets and towels but not the rental of the entrance badge to the estate (50€ + 20€ cash deposit). A deposit of 500€ (not cashed) will be requested on arrival and returned on exit. Attention CAMPING CAR forbidden in the estate.

Wir haben eine Woche vom 19.09. im Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bietet aber alles was man braucht. Der Garten und Pool sind fantastisch und sehr hundefreundlich, da komplett eingezäunt.Einziger grosser Nachteil war die Temperatur im Haus, selbst Ende September mit Nächten unter 20 Grad, war es fast unmöglich das durch die Sonne aufgeheizte Haus zu kühlen. In jedem Zimmer hat es Ventilatoren, was hilft. Angeblich soll bald eine Klimaanlage eingebaut werden, was das Haus zu einem perfekten Preis/Leistungs-Ferienhaus machen würde.

Maison très propre et fonctionnelle. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et permet de bien cuisiner pendant les vacances. Le jardin méditerranéen est magnifique, avec de nombreuses plantes et arbustes, ainsi qu’une grande et profonde piscine, idéale pour se détendre.La communication avec Cédric a été très facile et sympathique.

Küche vollumfänglich ausgestattet , Betten etwas zu schmal und zu kurz für zwei große Menschen - die Gartenanlage und der Pool perfekt zum relaxen , mit outdoor Gasgrill zum zubereiten von Gemüse und Fisch 1a ! Ideal mit Hund , da abgeschlossenes Areal .

Toller Urlaub für Hund und Mensch!

Die Kommunikation mit Cedric für Ankunft und Austausch der Gasflasche war sehr gut. Er war immer erreichbar für uns! Das Gaou Bénat ist einfach ein traumhafter Ort. Durch den Wald kommt man in 10 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Das Haus von Cedric ist sehr groß. Die Betten sind gut, aber für 2 etwas klein. Die Küche und Bäder sind leider in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Der Außenbereich macht vieles wett: viele Liegestühle, ein großer, sauberer Pool, ausreichend Sonnenschirme und eine schöne, mediterrane Bepflanzung.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Südfrankreich

Tolle Lage, abgeschlossenes Grundstück ideal für Urlaub mit Hund. Wunderschöner Pool und Aussenbereich. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch war alles okay und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und schnelle Antworten auf Fragen.

Traum Pool mit wunderschönem Außenbereich

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem sehr gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Das absolute Highlight ist der Außenbereich und der Pool, der umrandet von Palmen und anderen Pflanzen ist. Neue, gemütliche Liegen, viele und schöne weitere Sitzgelegenheiten (im Außenbereich). Es ist nicht die modernste Wohnung, dennoch mehr als ausreichend, um einen schönen Urlaub in Frankreich zu genießen. Sauberkeit wirklich top, Küchenutensilien mehr als ausreichend vorhanden, sehr freundliche Kommunikation vorab und auch danach. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit den Stechmücken, daher ist ausreichend Mückenspray (gerade im Außenbereich) sehr zu empfehlen. Dennoch würden wir dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
