Beautiful air-conditioned 2P refurbished with a beautiful terrace. Parking space. Internet access.
Quiet area with unobstructed sea view. Ideally located.
Large living room with equipped kitchen.
Large bedroom with bed 140x200 and sofa bed 160x200 in the living room.
TV with internet connection.

Close to the racecourse, the sea, Cros-de-cagnes, Villeneuve-Loubet, many restaurants and shops on foot. Bike path at the foot of the building.
At 1.7Km from the train station of Cagnes and the centre of Cagnes. 200m from the beach.
Close to all the shops: market, adventure park, children's park, walk along the river.

Spacieux, vue magnifique, idéalement situé

Échanges trĂšs cordiaux avec notre hĂŽte, Ă  l'Ă©coute et rĂ©active. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse qui a une trĂšs belle vue sur mer et les Alpes.Bel appartement, bien agencĂ© avec goĂ»t. Place de parking sĂ©curisĂ©. Tout Ă  proximitĂ© pour profiter de notre sĂ©jour, de Cannes Ă  Nice. Nous n'avons que marchĂ©, fait du vĂ©lo et pris les transports en commun.

TrÚs agréable

Un appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, lumineux, bien agencĂ© avec une bonne localisation. 6e et dernier Ă©tage d’un immeuble de 4 blocs, le long de la Cagnes et Ă  deux pas de la mer. Beaucoup de commerces et services de restauration Ă  proximitĂ©. Une place de stationnement sĂ©curisĂ©e en bas de l’immeuble. L’appartement n’est pas uniquement de la location, il sert aussi aux propriĂ©taires et cela se ressent dans le soin et l’équipement (vaisselle, ustensiles, Ă©lectromĂ©nager (lave-vaisselle + lave-linge, grand frigo avec congĂ©lateur, grande tĂ©lĂ©)). Bien que nous n’ayons pas pu en profiter pleinement la terrasse est un plus car assez spacieuse, donne sur la mer et sur un espace trĂšs ouvert (pas d’immeuble juste en face). Les Ă©changes avec la gestionnaire immobiliĂšre se sont trĂšs bien passĂ©s et elle nous a mis Ă  disposition des Ă©quipements bĂ©bĂ©.
