Mooie omgeving, zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Als je de tuin inloopt wordt je al verwelkomt door de geur van jasmijn. Huisjes zijn wel aan opknapbeurten toe, maar heeft voor ons niets afgedaan aan een paar heerlijke dagen op doortocht door toscane. Enige nadeel was dat er totaal geen telefoonbereik was. En in het huisje instabiele wifi. Maar zodra je het dorpje uit reed was er weer bereik. Voor de dames wel even omschakelen ;-) Maar het zwembad maakte voor hun veel goed

Maison agréable

Maison rustique mais propore très bien située pour visiter la toscane. La piscine à été très appréciée. Le wifi était en panne mais les propriétaires ont fait ce qu ils pouvaient pour rétablir la situation, heureusement car aucun réseau sur place, de quoi faire une déconnexion totale.

La maison est très bien placée entre Florence et Sienne, pour visiter la Toscane. La maison est typique de la Toscane mais les équipements intérieurs sont vieux et mal entretenus (literie usagée, salles de bain vétustes ...), absence de volets aux fenêtres, stores très usagés et laissant passer le jour et les moustiques. Le jardin n'était pas entretenu non plus. Par contre la propriétaire est très gentille et la piscine très agréable.

Alberi il Masso

Het huis is compleet ingericht. De WiFi werkt goed binnen en zeer goed buiten. 2 badkamers met goed enigszins gedateerd sanitair. Altijd volop warm water. Goede matrassen op de bedden . Goede fauteuils in de woonkamer cq. Keuken. Donkere meubels maken het binnen donkerder. Het huis bleef goed koel met een buiten temperatuur van ca. 30 graden. Er is geen airco. Alle ramen konden tegen elkaar worden opengezet. Voor alle ramen hangen matjes tegen het zonlicht en insecten. Dit werkt wel goed.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison grande, jolie, propre avec deux salles de bains. Nous avions un barbecue à disposition ,des vélos, une table de ping-pong et une très grande piscine bien aménagée le tout à côté de la maison. Il y avait peu de monde et nous avons parfois eu la piscine pour nous tout seuls. La dame est très gentille, accueillante et discrète. C'est un endroit parfait pour des vacances réussies je recommande !

Die Beschreibungen im Katalog entspricht den Gegebenheiten. Eine familiäre freundliche Begrüßung mit kurzem Formalismus (Kaution, Dokumente), Beschreibung u Begehung unseres Hauses mit 2 SZ, 2 Bad/WC u Wohnküche mit 2 weiteren Schlafgelegenheiten. Daneben trepphoch der Pool (6x12m mit 0,8m bis 1,8m Tiefe) mit Liegen/Schirmen. Terasse mit Tisch u Stühlen u Sonnenschirm direkt vor der Haustüre - ideal für Frühstück/Mittag/Abendessen. Tischtennisplatte u Unterstellung fürs Auto auch nahe gelegen.

séjour très agréable

un petit coin de tranquillité, le gite est très bien situé, la piscine est très agréable, le gite est confortable, l'agencement est simple mais efficace. L'accueil est discret et sympathique.

Très bonne découverte

Rapport Qualité/prix très bon. Endroit très calme. Comme il n'y a que 4 logements il n'y a pas beaucoup de bruit (voir même aucun). La piscine que pour nous très souvent. Logement très grand, très propre, et avec les lits fait à notre arrivée. Certe la décoration est rustique mais tout est présent pour être à l'aise. Je recommande ce logement. S'il y a quelque chose à dire c'est juste que les routes environnantes sont très petites et vallonnées, donc pour bouger c'est plus long. Pas de réseau mobile sur place, et le wifi est moyen. Mais il fait bon de déconnecter aussi.

Oui mais attention aux moustiques

La villa correspondait à notre attente sauf pour les moustiques nombreux pendant notre séjour effectué du 26/07/2018 pour 1 semaine. Pas de clim pas de ventilateur et surtout pas de moustiquaire aux fenêtres comme installées dans tout le village. Conséquences nuits horribles La piscine est au top.

Einfach in schöner Umgebung

Für 1 Woche in der Toskana hatten wir zu zweit einen guten Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa und Cecina gefunden. Die Einrichtung ist recht einfach und ein bisschen veraltet. Den Pool und die Tischtennisplatte hatten wir für uns alleine und waren damit ein absolutes Highlight. Zum Einkaufen waren wir schnell in Montaione ansonsten ging es immer eine Weile über kurvige italienische Landstraßen bis man eine größere Straße oder sein Ziel erreicht.
