Grocery, restaurant, bar 650 m, bus stop "Via Ichnusa" 600 m, railway station "cagliari" 70 km, sandy beach 650 m. Please note: the photo is just an example. Additional accommodations can be booked. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. The apartments have furnished balconies. The distance from the sea is by foot only, not by car. Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt
Die Wohnung auf den Bildern unterschied sich deutlich von dem, was wir letztlich als Appartement bekamen. Durch Zusatzleistungen wie Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Klimaanlage, W-Lan, Kurtaxe und Late-Check-In (nach 20h, weil unser Flug verspätet ankam) kamen erhebliche Mehrkosten in Höhe von fast 200€ dazu. Das Einchecken war sehr langatmig, wir mussten über eine Stunde warten, bis wir in der Wohnung waren. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand der Wohnung ist unterster Standard.

Gute Lage - schlechte Ausstattung
Die nur notdürftig renovierte trübte unseren Urlaub. Vor allem die Küchenausstattung ist ungenügend. Daß praktisch nur jede zweite Lichtquelle funktionierte zeigt eine sehr schlechte Wartung der Wohnung, defekte Steckdosen! Insgesamt alles sehr veraltet. Türen nach außen schließen praktisch nicht bzw. lassen sich nicht sicher abschließen. Kein WIFI - Empfang möglich.

Gute Lage, schlechte Ausstattung
Das Appartement unterschied sich deutlich von dem Inserat. Das Einchecken war langatmig, zudem mussten alle Extra-Leistungen (Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Aircondition) zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung, daher mussten wir sogar noch 30€ für den Late-Check-In bezahlen. Dieser dauerte über eine Stunde. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war unterster Standard. TV hatte fünf arabische Sender. Positiv bewertet werden kann die tolle Lage und der schöne Blick aufs Meer. Ansonsten würde ich von dem Quartier eher abraten.

Maison moderne magnifique vue mer
Jolie maison avec une vue mer sublime. Une grande terrasse aménagée et abritée. Seul bémol la cuisine pourrait être un plus équipée en objets culinaires comme une bouilloire, un micro-ondes, casseroles, épluche légumes, cuillères en bois cafetière. Mais il y a machine à laver et lave-vaisselle qui facilitent le quotidien.

les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas au logement, le logement était correct mais les photos présentaient un logement de meilleur qualité. Peu d'accesoires de cuisine, la machine à lavé était en panne et pas de lave vaiselle, les 2 canapés lit du salon étaient très vieux et très inconfortables pour dormir. Ménage WIFI et Clim super chère et s'ajoute au prix de la location
