The home is split level, offering privacy to multiple families, and has 2 living rooms, 2 fire places, 6 Tvs, 2 garages, 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and occupancy for up to 10 adult (or 11 adults and children combined)/4 vehicles! 750 SQ ft backyard patio with grill and spa!

The Enchanted Pines resort combines the classic mountain cabin feeling with the modern, luxury amenities and appliances needed for your vacation. Upstairs, there is one master bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom, 1 additional full bathroom in the hallway, 1 office/bedroom with a pull out queen murphy bed, and 1 bedroom with a new castle-themed twin/queen bunk bed designed for kids. The sofa in the upstairs living room also has a pull out full sized sofa.

Downstairs has 2 king sized bedrooms, a full bathroom, and separate living room with queen sized pull out sofa, and wet bar area. Downstairs is fully private and great for multiple families looking for separate living spaces! Quarter acre back yard with small slope great for sledding! Full private cul-de-sac in front yard.

Long driveway and cul-de-sac great for boat or RV parking!

7 Smart TVs with Youtube TV and Netflix included.

Cozy House

We had a great time. This Property has everything we needed. Very Nice kitchen. We enjoyed the Spa and the house was very well decorated that made us feel like being at home. The property manager always kept me informed of everything that I needed to know about the house.

My wife and I bought this property in December 2020, and quickly converted it to a luxury vacation rental. The previous owners had lived in the property for over 20 years and took great care of it. My wife and I run a vacation rental in the San Diego area (where we live), as well as this property. We love to make our guest's visit special and do our best to meet any need. We'd love to have you stay at our cabin!

Why they chose this property

This property is unique in that it sits on almost a 0.5 acre plot of land. It's quiet, private, and still in a perfectly central location in Big Bear Lake. The cul-de-sac and backyard offer great play areas for children, and the backyard can even be used for sledding. All major amenities in the home have been updated, and the split-level design allows for multiple families to enjoy the cabin, while still maintaining some level of privacy.

The property was recently chosen as a film set for a Paramount Pictures streaming Christmas move coming out in November 2021.
