About this property

This townhome is the ideal location! Weekly and monthly discounts offered! This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath is located right in the heart of Eagle! If you are looking for an affordable place to stay that is within a few minutes walking distance to all of the wonderful downtown Eagle shops and restaurants, this is your place! The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, keurig, blender, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, etc. This home also has a washer, dryer, and iron/ironing board. The patio includes a propane grill, and nice table and chairs for four. The Boise River Greenbelt runs right through Eagle, and is a really nice place to go for morning or afternoon walks. There is a covered parking space, and there are more parking spaces located directly across from the home. Bed linens, towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and a hair dryer are all provided for you during your stay. The townhome has been furnished with high quality furniture and there is a 55" smart TV. In addition, there is a very comfortable leather electric recliner in the living room next to a cozy electric fireplace for you to kick up your feet after a long day. One bedroom has a queen bed with a TV, and the other bedroom has a queen sofa pull out bed with a TV.
*Please be advised that there are two exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home. One camera is in the doorbell on the front porch, and the other camera is located on the back patio.
*** Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed in or outside the townhome.

This townhome was spotless, well appointed and in a great location for our short stay in the Eagle/ Boise area. The bed was comfy, the bedrooms were spacious for a small townhouse and the host was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again when in the area and will recommend to others without hesitation!

Why they chose this property

Eagle is in an ideal location because it is close to Star, Meridian, and Boise. Eagle is also near Eagle Island State Park, the Boise River Greenbelt, Bogus Basin Ski Resort, Banbury Golf Course, Shadow Valley Golf Course, and so much more. Downtown Eagle has a small town charm with many great restaurants, a seasonal farmers market, and great shops to explore.

What makes this property unique

This townhome is professionally cleaned, nicely decorated, and has all the comforts of home. In just a few minutes, you can walk from the townhome to downtown Eagle restaurants and shops.
