Enjoy a beautiful sea view from the terrace. Situated on the 6th floor with elevator access. The beach is 1.4 km away and shops are 50 m away. The residence is just steps from the fishing port of Sète.
The apartment features a bright bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) for two people. The living room includes a sofa bed (sleeps two), TV, and storage space. The kitchenette is equipped with electric hobs, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a mini-oven, a microwave, and a toaster. The bathroom (sink and bathtub) is separate from the toilet. The apartment includes a private garage in the basement, number 302, measuring 2 m wide x 5 m deep x 1.80 m high. Pets are not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details)
