Apartment on the 1st floor of a detached house with courtyard and garden.

1 bedroom: bed 180x190cm, (adjustable 2X 90x190), bedside tables, 1 fan, clothes rack. Dressing table, shelves.
Sheets are provided for all beds.
Living room, 1 pull-out sofa bed (2x80x190cm).
TV TNT channels, fan, large window with shutter overlooking the garden, double curtains obscuring the porch area equipped with armchairs and extending the living room.
Shower room, walk-in shower, WC, window with roller shutter. Towels and beach towels are provided.

Kitchen: large window overlooking the canal, 1 round table, chairs, hood, stove with 1 electric plate and 3 gas, electric pyrolysis oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, crockery, dishes and various pans.
Household utensils, 1 vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack in the garden.
Washing machine and dishwasher
Towels and tablecloths are provided.
All household products provided.
Dining room adjoining the kitchen, large table with chairs, buffet, library.
1 terrace at the entrance of the house with garden furniture.
Garden with sunbeds.

Location:
On the first floor of the owners' house, in a garden. The property is located in the district of La Plagette, at the edge of the pond Thau. Quiet area, at the edge of the canal which crosses the city by connecting the sea to the pond.
The city center of Sète, is about 600m, 10 minutes walk, and near bus stops.
The beautiful beach of the Corniche is less than 10 minutes by car and bus.
You can go hiking, excursions, water sports, scuba diving and tennis. Thalassotherapy center in Balaruc les bains.

Beautiful house with a big figtree!

We stayed at this house for four days. Two big bedrooms with big comfortable beds, nice livingrooms with some pieces of fine furnitures, a kitchen with everything, which we needed, a modern bathroom and a garden, where we dried our clothes. The location is very nice,too. We walked to the center of the town. You can drive quickly to the beautiful sandbeech (8 km long)!! Mrs. Repetto is very kind and welcomed us with a bottle of wine in the fridge. We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house and we recomend this house. Thank you very much.

Très beau séjour!

Belle maison de famille avec un très bon accueil. Gentillesse, sympathie, bienveillante, Micheline nous a recu dans de très bonnes conditions et nous a très bien renseigné sur les lieux a visiter. Maison bien agencée, propre, très bien située à proximite du canal ainsi que de l étang de Thau et à une dizaine de minute à pied du centre ville. Arrivés au moment de la fete de St Louis, nous avons été heureux de partager ces moments avec les Sétois... Très beau séjour, merci Micheline, à bientot...

Accueil chaleureux et attentionné

Nous avons été très bien accueilli et Micheline a été aux petits soins. Elle nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise en nous indiquant les festivals à venir dans Sete et en nous donnant quelques conseils sur la ville. Bref, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. L'appartement est superbe et petit plis, nous avons eu droit à des ventilateurs pour faire face à la canicule. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir si nous devions passer de nouveau à Sete!

A la découverte de Sète.

Un lieu un peu à l'écart du centre ville qui permet de demeurer au calme près de l'étang de Thau car le centre ville est relativement bruyant. La location est agréable avec toutes les commodités d'usage. La propriétaire des lieux est très avenante. Son accueil est parfait. Par contre si vous voulez profiter de la plage au quotidien, il vous faudra marcher un peu ou prendre la voiture. Pour se ressourcer, je vous recommande la maison au figuier les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison au figuier le cadre était sympa et la propriétaire également. La maison est spacieuse le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et l'enthousiasme de la propriétaire qui nous a guidé sur les endroits à visiter. Les couchers de soleil sur le bassin de Thau étaient magnifiques.

L' accueil, la générosité, les sourires et la bonne humeur nous ont fait passer des vacances fantastiques, et nous a réconcilié avec le sud, un grand merci! Avec toutes les petites touches d'attentions bienveillantes de la personne qui nous recevait, ces vacances ont été précieuses pour nous, et nous repartons les batteries bien chargées ! Maison spacieuse, bien équipée avec vue magnifique sur le canal entre l'étang de Thau et la mer et son petit jardin agencé autour du grand figuier, (petit conseil : la confiture de figue, offerte par la propriétaire est un régal). Nous vous recommandons cette location ...
