The Space:

Amenities abound at SunDestin Beach Resort; some of them include outdoor pool to enjoy the sun without the sand, our outdoor hot tub, great for relaxing, a gift shop to grab souvenirs for everyone back home, and complimentary DVD rentals in the lobby, plus so much more! Additional seasonal amenities include a tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). Even more, SunDestin has a 24-hour front desk where the Scenic Stays team is always available for anything you need. We’re sure it will easily become your go-to beach vacation spot.



SunDestin 1706 is a bright, one-bedroom condo with breathtaking views of the waters of the gulf. When you walk into the condo, you’ll pass the bedroom and two bathrooms- one full and one half. A fully equipped kitchen is located at the end of the hall and has a breakfast bar with seating for three to enjoy meals or sip coffee in the mornings. An open concept living and dining room offer seating for everyone with a table for four and a comfortable sofa and armchair. Enjoy the large flatscreen TV with a DVD player in the living room at the end of a day exploring the Destin area. Outside, the balcony has seating for three and is the best spot to enjoy the views of the Emerald Coast. With a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area and a king-sized bed in the master, there’s enough room for up to four guests in this condo.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Gorgeous ocean view

We had an awesome time. The view was incredible and the location was close to everything. The fridge desperately needs updating and the rug on the floor is a trip hazard as it curls up. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The location was exactly what I wanted. The guest service was great. However, the unit was rundown. I don’t mind - and expected - a need for updates but it was sort of beyond that to the point where it really needed some work done. It also smelled extremely musty, which was quite disappointing.

The staff at SunDestin went above and beyond to help avert a disaster vacation. We arrived thinking we had a reservation only to discover it had been cancelled by the host. SunDestin staffers went to work and found us this great unit. It was amazing to see them do everything they could to make sure we had a place to stay and this unit was perfect!! Thanks!!

Vacation stay,

We had a good time, the few issues were taken care of by maintenance like sink in half bath the drain plug was found in closed position and they came reattached it so it opens and closes. Second the thermostat for ice conditioning was unable to raise or lower, believe it needed a new battery. Third cable tv box unable to turn on, they came out and reset it. Did notice the ice cubes in freezer were stuck together and our carton of ice cream looks like maybe in defrost mode too long because it was level in the carton
