SunDestin 1106 is a charming one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom with updated bedding, tranquil décor and stainless-steel appliances throughout. With its spacious layout, you'll find plenty of space to relax after a long day of enjoying all the amenities that SunDestin Beach Resort has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and indulge in your favorite foods with family and friends. After dinner brew a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig and gather around the oversized kitchen counter to spend quality time together playing games and conversing. When it's time to wind down, walk out on to the balcony through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to take in the tranquil views of the sun falling over the Gulf of Mexico as you relax on the upscale polywood furniture. When you are ready to retire for the evening, you'll find a king size bed in the primary suite. The queen-sized sofa sleeper is perfect for the kids to have popcorn and watch movies using the complimentary DVD rental on the flat screen living room television before falling asleep. Just steps from the crystal-clear waters and picturesque white sandy beaches, SunDestin 1106 is a true paradise.



SunDestin Beach Resort is sure to become your vacation go-to for years to come. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub.  Achieve your workout goals in the fitness room, pick up a souvenir or any items you may have forgotten from the gift shop, or stay in and rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The expansive conference room boasts a picturesque space for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



With popular attractions such as the Destin Harbor and Destin commons less than four miles from SunDestin Beach Resort, you're never far from fun. During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
