We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage had everything we could need. Jason was very communicative. The location of the pool was great. The beach was a short walk and not crowded at all.

The property was nice. There were several things that needed attention. The host was kink to give me a credit back for some of the issues. The curtains on the patio door need attention in addition to the gate. The pool area was infested with ants that bite. We sprayed but they were persistent. The beds were comfortable and the AC was set perfectly. The walk to the beach was farther than implied. Even with all of this the overall stay was Good.

Really enjoyed our stay! A few things needed fixing, but I communicated with Jason and he said he is going to take care of it for future renters. Highly recommend. The ONLY downside that we didn’t love (at no fault to the owner) is that the sidewalk you use to go to the beach is pretty dangerous. The sidewalk is right next to the road- only blocked by little poles and cars are zooming by you. We felt it was pretty dangerous to walk to the beach with 3 kids. We ended up driving to the state park several times! That said, the beach is gorgeous!

We loved our stay so much! The house is quaint and cozy. It felt welcoming and we never had to question where things were or information like how to get to the beach, where the bikes are etc. Everything was clearly described to us in the binder and Jason was super responsive (quickly too which is so nice when on vacations). We loved having quick access to the beach and likely won’t stay anywhere else while visiting 30A. It’s the perfect location where you don’t feel in the heart of the crazy busy areas but also still such a short bike ride to Alys and everywhere we wanted to go. Also sidenote, it was great having such updated and nice appliances. Overall, we loved our stay and are excited to come back again!

This property was really nice as advertised! The check in process was simple, the host reached out in advance with all needed instructions, and the inside was well appointed and had everything we needed for a great week. Our girls especially loved having the pool right there for when they needed a break from the beach, and especially evenings. Also used the bikes a lot, and the beach gear (and especially the wagon to get everything back and forth) was great. We would come back for sure

The house was exactly as advertised. Perfect location for a young family with kids from 3-8. It was our first family trip. The pool was great and the fact that the back porch overlooks the whole pool made keeping an eye on the kids a breeze. The private access to the beach was a game changer. Maybe a three block walk saved us a car trip to a public beach parking. We could go to the beach and one of us walk a kid back if they were wore out. Cannot say enough good things about this location. Met great people and was a quiet and inviting community. Host was great to work with.

Absolutely perfect stay! Our cottage was quaint, cozy, and toddler-friendly with a walk-out straight to the pool. A quick stroll to the beach and just minutes from Alys & Rosemary—right in the heart of 30A. So peaceful and serene we extended our trip another night. Can’t wait to come back!

Awesome stay!

This was my family’s first time staying in this area so we didn’t exactly know what to expect but this house and location did not disappoint! The house was very clean upon our arrival and the location was far better than I expected! Close to great restaurants, a short easy walk to the beach (even with our kids ages 6 & 5). We had a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

The cottage and property were lovely. The pool right outside the back door was very convenient. The back porch with trees that provided shade made morning and evening sitting enjoyable. The beach access was a little further than we anticipated and was a downside because we are such beach people. Very enjoyable stay.

Peaceful Stay

Our family of five fit perfectly in the cottage. Short walk to the beach, and the provided beach chairs and wagon were nice. We really enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the porch overlooking the pool! The property manager was so nice and responsive.
