Beautiful farmhouse "Casa dei Ciliegi", from the 18th century, renovated, surrounded by fields and vineyards. 4 km from the centre of Gambassi / Castelfiorentino, 14 km from the centre of S. Gimignano, 7 km from the centre of Certaldo, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property 5 ha, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 24.Apr. - 09.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: table football, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 31.Mar. (extra). Linen change weekly. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Castelfiorentino" 4 km. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. 1 double bedroom. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (length 200 cm). 1 room with 3 beds (length 200 cm). Bath/WC, shower/WC. 2 terraces, porch. Barbecue. Very beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. It is possible to book the villa for ten people and the bedroom with three beds is closed. Wish we had not stayed there!

Everything was as pictured. The pool was great. What was not communicated was that there is no cell service and it is a working farm. There were farm workers below our windows in the morning until the afternoon. One of my son's and his wife left early to stay in Florence because they were not in communication with their children because of the lack of cell service. So very disappointed!!!!

Maison très agréable et confortable. Nous sommes partis à trois familles et il y avait suffisamment de place pour chacun. La cuisine est bien équipée, les chambres et les salles de bain sont fonctionnelles. Les extérieurs sont un grand plus: l’espace repas est très agréable avec vue sur les vignes et la piscine en contre bas est de bonne taille. L’hôte est réactif et serviable. Tout est réunis pour un agréable séjour dans la campagne toscane.

Sehr netter Vermieter hat gute Tips für Ausflüge gegeben Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder dort Der Pool würde täglich gereinigt und genutzt war bei der Hitze auch wichtig Ich würde jederzeit noch mal einen Urlaub dort verbringen ob mit Familie oder Freunden Jürgen vom Niederrhein

Lækker feriebolig med små mangler

Stort, klassisk hus i god stand og meget anvendeligt til familier der rejser sammen pga. de mange sove- og badeværelser. Vi rejste i juli 3 familier sammen (11prs fra 3 til 51år) og det fungerede perfekt. De to primære afsavn i huset er aircondition pga varmen og WiFi da mobil-dækning er ret begrænset. Derudover kom have-/poolmand ml kl 7-8 og "støjede" om morgenen - men stedet blev holdt flot og det er en lækker børnevenlig pool. Udlejer er desuden virkelig rar!

Beautiful Tuscan hideaway

Lovely villa with everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Villa is well equipped, clean, spacious, and the garden & pool are fabulous. Mosquitoes and ants are around and about, so bring spray and remember to cover up your food; you’ll be fine and it’s really not an issue. Local wine and olive oil is for sale at the villa, Certaldo is nearby with a huge CoOp and Lidl is close too. Would recommend…we had an amazing week!

Denne feriebolig er helt perfekt til en stor familie. Dejlige værelser og badeværelser, skønne omgivelser og rigtig god pool, virkelig en perle i det smukke toskanske paradis. Værten er en rigtig flink fyr, meget imødekommende, engelsktalende og rar. Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette sted og hus.

Belle maison bien située à l'intérieur des terres proche des centres d'intérêts. Baby-foot et table de ping pong pour compenser le manque de connectivité. Parfait pour une pause de connectivité. Cuisine très bien agencée, yc barbecue d'extérieur. Dommage que la piscine n'était pas encore en activité.

Tolle Unterkunft, vor allem schöne Terrasse. Idealer Pool, allerdings nur über ca 50 Steinstufen zu erreichen. Super schöne Gegend. Betten sind aber sehr hart. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in Casa di Ciliegi verbracht und möchten uns nochmal an dieser Stelle für die tolle Gastfreundlichkeit bedanken. Leider hatten wir keine Handy und Internetverbindung was ein bißchen schade war. Alles andere 5 Sterne und gerne wieder.

Schön renoviertes Bauernhaus

Sehr schön renoviertes Haus (gerade auch die Bäder) mit schönem Panoramblick. Gute Lage für viele Ausflüge (Florenz, San Gimignano, etc.). Besonders gut haben uns der private Pool und die überdachte Pergola mit Blick auf die Weinberge gefallen.

Magnifique séjour en Toscane

Nous nous sommes ressourcés dans cet écrin de verdure et de tranquillité. La maison est entourée de 5 hectares de vignes et d'oliveraie, ce qui fait que l'on se retrouve seuls au monde, avec toutes les commodités à quelques kilomètres seulement. La maison est très bien entretenue et propre, la piscine est nettoyée régulièrement. Fabrizio et sa famille sont très accueillants, d'une très grande aide pour tous renseignement. Bémol : aucun accès wifi. Nous recommandons vivement cette demeure !!!

Relaxed vacation

We traveled in a 13 person group (8 adults and 5 children) at the beginning of june , the location was excellent positioned in the middle of a winery, closed to important touristic attractions , with swimming pool, very clean rooms and bathrooms, very friendly host. Overall a very relaxed vacation.
