Beautiful home!

This home was just as beautiful as pictured. Loved the floor plan. Lots of space and privacy for multiple families. Easy walk to beach.. There were only 2 bikes, not 3 as advertised when we booked.

Newly updated beach house VERY close to 30A beach (5 min walk) great location!! Owner very good at communicating. Sleeps 8 adults very comfortably

Spring break '21

Great trip. Love Santa Rosa, and this house was perfect for our family. Enough room for our 2 families of 4 and our mom. There is a 2 car limit, and the driveway is definitely not made for large vehicles, but the comfort of the house is worth squeezing them in. Definitely be cautious of parking though. The HOA might be run by a Karen.
