It's situated in a quiet, tree lined neighborhood but very close to all of the highlights of Penn State.
What makes this property unique
No need to drive anywhere once you arrive. Downtown shops and restaurants as well as sports fields (Beaver Stadium, Pegula Ice Rink, Panzer field, etc.) all within less than 1.5 miles away.
