Spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom attached to property owners house has a comfortable king bed and comfortable sofa bed, small kitchenette, steps from the Colorado river float from Riverbend park in Palisade to the house w its private beach, large fishing lake, working farm, animal sanctuary for alpaca, goats, pigs,dogs,cats, chickens, peacocks even a emu that all free range the property.
