Lovely holiday staying here. Nice spacious apartment and we really appreciated the air con and fans! Well equipped so we could eat in on some evenings and enjoy all the restaurants and cafes in Collioure on others. we really love this place and the proximity to the beaches, shops and restaurants etc.

Lovely maisonette in an amazing location. Everything we needed for a great 10 days. Check in easy and communication really good. No need for a car - Collioure definitely better explored on foot and the house is 5 min walk from the beach and the best boulangerie (Saint Vincent) we have been to!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect - close to several beaches, and lots of shops, restaurants, activities, and grocery stores. We arrived in the middle of a longer trip, and very much appreciated the extra space for our family of 4, well-stocked kitchen and laundry options (washing machine, large drying rack). Collioure is such a beautiful town, and I wouldn't hesitate to book Caroline and Phillip's place again if we return!

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient

A nice property in a beautiful part of Collioure. The beds were comfortable in this cozy 3 bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Communication with the owner, Philip, was easy. This location allowed for quick access to the artistic lanes of Collioure as well as to the various waterfront shops and restaurants. We would recommend and come back again.

We had mild complications with the owner having strong feelings about our use of a extra towel and sheet. He had provided them before our third roommate realized she couldn't do the steep hike every day and relocated to Les Templiers, and resented that we ended up needing them and using them, which was really odd to me, though I'm familiar with water conservation, coming from California. He also took some convincing to give us an extra key; he didn't like that as two women traveling separately and with laptops, we wanted to lock the door when one of us was asleep and the other was out (it won't even unlock from inside without a key). He said something like "We in Collioure don't worry about that" which struck me as odd when he's hosting people that are clearly not from Collioure. But he did eventually provide it. There was a bit of mold smell at the ground level but not upstairs; my roommate is allergic but she did OK by not spending much time downstairs and it wasn't a problem for me. We did very much enjoy having a lot of space and a full kitchen, everything worked well, and we were in the labyrinth of beautiful streets up high at the top of the town without being in the thick of the tourists.

This is a fantastic vacation rental. The highlights for us were the location, the size (2 upstairs bedroom and a very spacious downstairs with kitchen, dining area, living area, and an office that could be used as a third bedroom), and the air conditioning. If you’re not used to heat and humidity, the air conditioning is a huge plus. We debated whether to spend a bit “extra” on this rental (compared to others we had looked at suitable for our family of three) and were so glad we did. This place made our stay in Collioure perfect. The manager is lovely as well and very helpful.

Logement spacieux mais assez sombre, sans extérieur, très bien situé dans une ruelle près de la mer. Propreté du logement irréprochable.Petits bémols : pas de prise pour sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain, manque de pression eau chaude de la douche.
