The Maine Escape is a cozy 2 BR Home located above our garage on the property. The entrance is via the back deck and is secluded from the front of the house providing privacy for the unit. The deck has outdoor furniture as well as a view of Hamilton Pond across the street.

-Laundry is FREE and is located below the unit in the garage, this space is available for the other unit on the property to use as well

Television:
-The TV is a SMART TV that you are able to log into your own apps to view programming
-The TV does NOT have Cable

Workspace:
-The unit has a dedicated workspace in the Kitchen/Living Room Area
-The workspace is composed of a Desk, Chair, & Lamp
-This unit has a FAST Internet Connection and DOES NOT share the Wi-Fi with any other unit on the property. The router is located in the unit if guests would like to have an Ethernet Connection instead of Wi-Fi

A/C Units/Fans:
-There is a Window A/C Unit in the Queen Bedroom
-There is a Portable A/C Unit in the closet
-There is a Standing Fan available as well

Guest access
The entire unit above the garage is available for access. The Laundry Room in the garage is shared with the unit next door, as is the backyard and fire pit space.
