Because the city has a strict trash policy with only two pickup days per home each week, there may occasionally be trash present when you arrive or left behind after departure until it’s collected. We appreciate you letting us know about the front door, and maintenance will take a closer look right away. The washer is already scheduled for replacement, and we only wish you had reported these concerns sooner so we could have addressed them promptly during your stay. You’re absolutely right about the seaweed; that is Mother Nature at work. Sargassum is a crucial and protected part of the local ecosystem that shifts naturally with the tides and seasons.
