Excellent location in the best ski town in Summit County
Stayed there for 2-weeks. Room was fine with a small kitchenette, refrigerator, and table. Bed was very comfortable and the leather couch was also a bed; although not used. Lots of closet space and a washer/dryer room at the end of the hall. Heated underground garage made parking a breeze. Bighorn Rentals was very helpful for all our needs and local information.
Great location. Very dated. Had a good collection for the VCR. The toilet is almost to small to use. No kindling or fire starter but did have wood. Bus to copper mountain took 45 minutes on Saturday.

Hi Connor, Thanks for the review. We think it's a nice place, especially considering you paid $180 per night for a holiday weekend. It comes with a reserved parking spot in the garage, access to a hot tub and it's a great location right off main street. We believe the pictures give an accurate representation. It's true there is a combo VCR/DVD player in the unit The bus you mention is our free countywide transportation system and the stop for it is about half a block away. Sorry but we can't do anything about traffic in the area. Thanks, John Forest, Bighorn Rentals

Well kept little studio off Main Street
this studio was clean, cute, well maintained and centrally located. We owned a 2BR condo in Frisco for many years which we sold recently, but we return often and love it there. We enjoyed our short getaway very much and would recommend this unit. However, being familiar with local inventory and rates, while the base fee was very inexpensive, after management and other fees I thought this small studio (with no d/w) was overpriced and I probably will look elsewhere next time.

Thank you for your review and we are glad you liked the condo. It is a really nice place with a great location. Not really sure what to say about it being "overpriced," the price paid by this guest is pretty consistent with a hotel room at the Holiday Inn.
Thanks,
John Forest

My wife and I skied several Colorado resorts this week. Wanted someplace centrally located with a nice, clean space. This place was perfect. A short walk to main street Frisco for shopping and dinning and short drives or bus if you prefer, to many local ski resorts. Place was super convenient and very clean. If I had to request one upgrade, it would be to put wall thermostats on the baseboard heaters. Getting down on your hands and knees with a flashlight to just a Hi, Med, Lo dial was a pain and not very accurate for room temperature. Please consider this upgrade in the near future. There are many thermostats out there for under $50 that would make the experience much much better. However, overall this was a fantastic place to stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a ski get away.

Hi Mike, Thanks for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the place and it worked well for you. I have put in a work order to check on the feasibility of adding a wall thermostat for the heat.
Thanks,

Overall, the condo was well-equipped and clean. Like the proximity restaurants, Walmart and Safeway. Only disappointment was the pull-out SOFA BED. On a scale of 1 to 5, it's more like a '1'. It was uneven, with the middle of the bed sunken in which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Hi Victor, Thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed the place with the exception of the sofa sleeper. We actually just had the sofa sleeper repaired a few months ago but we will check on it. For future reference, we have loaner air mattresses in our office and would have been happy to bring one or two over during your stay had you contacted us while you were here.
Thanks,
John Forest

Nice and inexpensive.
For the price, the rental was just fine. Indoor parking is certainly a plus in the winter here and the location was great. Would have been nice to have the proper size fitted sheet on the bed instead of one that wasn't even close to large enough. Also, there should be some warning that there is no thermostat in the room, but you have to get on all fours to find the knobs on the baseboard heaters. Overall we enjoyed this property, but only used it to sleep in.

What an odd review. You liked the place but only gave it 3 stars because one sheet didn't fit and you had to bend over to adjust the heat??? We really hate hearing about fixable issues in reviews. Why didn't you give us a call and we could have taken over another sheet? Especially since our office is literally right across the street from the condo you stayed in? Thanks so much. Needs a refresh
Even though it is titled "updated", the carpet is badly stained and should be replaced. The baseboard heater is outdated and you have to get on your knees to reach under the fireplace hearth to adjust it. It was inconvenient to wash dishes in the single sink. Otherwise it was as advertised. Convenient location, close to the copper mt bus stop and walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars.

Small but cozy studio. It has everything you really need. Clean and well maintained.
Though it was a studio unit, it was well kept and clean. The wood burning fireplace was a plus though we did have to get our own kindling. Firewood was on the balcony. Otherwise, it had all the basic appliances and kitchen utensils and aids. Bathroom clean as well. Plenty of towels. The hot tub was very basic but good enough to relax in after a day of skiing. Nice rental company too.
