This updated three bedroom, two bathroom 2nd floor condominium is located in the ideal gated five-star Windsor de Hills resort set away from the main road (and traffic) yet only two miles to Disney. It provides all the necessities for a fun and relaxing getaway. Featuring new furniture in the twin room in 2023, kitchen and bathroom overhaul during the fall of 2020 and new furniture in the family, dining and master bedroom in 2018! The 4 flat screen TVs and DVD player provide entertainment after a long day at the parks. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as full-sized washer and dryer (new 2022)!

Just a block walk away, the resort boasts their walk-in pool with NEW WATER SLIDES and SPLASH PAD. The extensive playgrounds are fully fenced providing a safe place for children. There are also ping pong and pool tables, workout facility, game room, movie theatre and so much more! We are located only a short walk from the basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, putting green, grills and picnic tables as well as over-sized parking. We are very kid friendly with a pack n play, high chair and strollers plus a bed rail in unit for your use!

Prior to your arrival, a Starter Kit will be placed in the home for your convenience. The kit includes: a sponge, a dishwasher tab, a trial size soap, 1 laundry detergent, 1 bath soap and toilet paper roll per bath and 1 garbage bag. Note: USPS will not deliver to Windsor Hills. FedEx and UPS deliveries are allowed. Parking is available for up to 3 cars. Air conditioner must be set at 70 or greater to prevent the unit from freezing. Bring your washcloths - none will be provided due to sanitary concerns.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, modern, and well stocked. It had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of beach and bath towels. It did the job!

We were going to Universal for a few days and this rental worked out for our family of 5. The beds were nice and the place was pretty clean. This is what a I call a "bare bone" rental where you need to bring everything you'd need, including soap for the bathroom sinks and salt and pepper. It's about a 30 minute drive from Universal but super close to Disney! The line to check-in when we got there at 5 took an hour, which was a major pain. I highly recommend coming later in the day if you can. We had driven for 2 days to get there and we were beyond exhausted by the time we got there, so waiting an extra hour in line was brutal. The slides for the pools were also closed, which my kids were bummed about. But if you want a place with space close to Disney, this could be an good option!

Loved our stay here. Condo is well stocked with what you need. The community is awesome as well with a great pool and splash pad. Playgrounds to play on for any rest days. Stayed with our 3 kids (10/8/4) all were comfy and the stroller was a lifesaver.

Loved the pool

The location was great for us going to the parks and beach. Close to Walmart to grab groceries. The unti itself was updated however definently could use a couple updates for being a rental. The carpets are dingy/stained and crusty. There is an odor lingering, could be stale cigarette smoke. Weused the washer and dryer to clean our clothes the last day so hopefully we wont have to wash too many things to get the smell out when we get home. The pool area was awesome and they kept it all clean..

Fun for all!

Myself, husband, 6-year-old daughter, my mom, brother and his wife all stayed together for a long weekend at the condo for Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween party. Not even a full 15 minute ride to magic kingdom, and perfect amenities that were fun for the whole family. Great experience, will be back again!

We really enjoyed our time here. Our condo was exactly what was shown in the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. We shopped for groceries, a few toiletries and laundry soap, everything else is provided. We had a blast in the water park and Arcade. We literally have no complaints. We will definitely be staying here again!

Universal and Sea World

This property was an awesome home base for our week long vacation. We visited Universal Studios and Sea World which were a short drive away. We enjoyed the extra space and the community amenities that this property had for the family. Additionally parking was great which made easy in and out. Would definitely recommend.

Nice condo in a semi luxurious gated community. Spacious and 5 minutes walk to the clubhouse ie pool area. Real close to Disney, like 15 minutes drive when there's no traffic. Access to the community is a breeze when you already have your pass. Will stay again.

This Condo was bigger then a camera allows you to view properly 😍😍 When we walked in I was sooo surprised, it looks as described just way bigger!!❤️🤗 2nd it came with all amenities you would need at home, literally. They even had pool towels so you wouldn't use the bath towels which we loved. Overall beautiful space, beautiful property, easy access to property and water park located on the property was better then great. I will definitely be looking to book this property again if I visit Florida again.Thank you soo much for the hospitality..

My parents are the true owners of this wonderful unit and they frequent the property. My husband, 2 kiddos (13 and 10) and I join them about twice a year for some family fun.

Why they chose this property

This property has a wonderful location and a kid friendly resort. Of course, Disney World was the main draw for the grandparents and grandkids alike! We love being offset from the traffic but close enough to pick up groceries on our way. (Order online at Walmart and pick up -- easy!)

What makes this property unique

We provide our littlest guests with a pack n play, high chair, stroller and bed rail to make their stay (as well as Mom and Dads) more enjoyable!
