There is a shared pool and outdoor seating areas, complete with shared BBQ grills for guest use. Situated directly on the beach, you can’t beat the convenience and beautiful views!

The Coconuts property is centrally located on the Island. You are just a short walk to many activities including shops, restaurants, grocery, surf store and more. Most importantly, you are here for the fabulous beach! It is just a few steps out your condo door and right there you are. The complex has a shared heated pool and dedicated parking.

There is also a coin operated shared laundry facility on-site for guest use.

Awesome Beachfront View

The best part about the condo is the location, although the unit itself is very nice and super clean! It perfectly accommodated the two of us. The kitchen is well stocked and features new appliances making cooking and eating in a treat (especially with that view!) Hosts were wonderful! They were very quick to respond and made everything about our stay go very smoothly! We definitely plan to return!

Gorgeous view

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had all the indoor amenities you’d hope to have. Keurig, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. New patio table and chairs on the balcony made it comfortable and enjoyable to sit outside and watch the waves. We even saw dolphins swimming. We enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony as well.

4 days to unplug

We wanted a quick unplug getaway to decompress from a very stressful time prior to visiting family for Christmas. This place hit the spot. You can't get closer to the beach and the soothing sound of the surf than Coconuts. My only complaint was that you really do need wheels on this part of the island a s the rentals were really pricey.

Ocean front Paradise

We were surprised after talking to AMI that they said only coin operated washer/Dryer. When actually they should have in advertising unit 110 has a brand new washer and dryer in the unit! The unit was clean and nice BR, Bathroom and living room. The metal chairs aren’t the most comfortable as the couch looks older with some stains and not real comfortable. The deck is amazing with Great ocean views (about 50 yds from ocean water with soft white sandy beach)! Lots of beautiful shells on the beach! We ate most of our meals on the deck watching and listening to the ocean. The pool area is beautiful also, with many nice people staying at this resort. We walked and rode our bikes to many restaurants and bars on the island.
