Situated on a quiet tree-lined street, this single level custom home is anchored around a classic Spanish courtyard. The main living space features a spacious great room with custom built-ins, a fireplace, 8-person dining table, and is adjacent to the kitchen. The Chef’s kitchen features a large eat-up island, 6-burner gas stove, built-in KitchenAid refrigerator and ample storage space. In addition to the 3 spacious bedrooms, the private office offers space for working from home. Outside, the interior courtyard features an outdoor fireplace and jacuzzi.
The entire home is anchored around a classic courtyard featuring a built-in outdoor fireplace, ample seating and over-head heaters so you stay warm! There is also a relaxing jacuzzi and a BBQ available.
If you have children visiting with you, there is a pack and play, stroller, and twin sized blow up bed available for them to use.
In addition, there are 4 beach cruisers available with locks, so you can easily bike around town or to the beach.
The rent includes 2x a month cleaning.
