Fantastic house in own grounds. Lovely garden, small but well kept pool. Air conditioning in most rooms, kitchen well stocked with crockery, pans etc. Basics like oil, salt, pepper etc. Lovely owners met us and ecolained eberything about the house. Highly recommended.

A really lovely property in immaculate condition inside and out. Eva and Ramon have thought of everything to make sure your stay as comfortable as possible, as Ramon said if the place is perfect for them then it should be perfect for everyone, and it was for us!The little pool was great for young children and the beach is only a few minutes walk away, as are bars and restaurants, a small convinience store and a butcher. Despite our atrocious Spainish, we managed to communicate on arrival with the help of Google translate and they made us very welcome, they were also easy to communicate with throughout our stay via WhatsAp. We recomend highly.

Immaculate home in a great location

What a great place to stay in El Palmar, Eva and Ramon the hosts have thought of everything and were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The house and gardens are immaculate. You really feel it is a home from home. Great location walking distance to beach, small shop and the bars and restaurants, but quiet. Garden with pool is great, especially safe for children. I really recommend it, we had a very stay.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt im Aussen- und im Innenbereich. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und immer wieder gute Tipps gegeben.Die Finca ist komplett ausgestattet...es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Es gibt mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich..Schatten oder Sonne je nach Bedarf.Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kommen wieder...Vielen Dank an Eva und Ramon!

Ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen. Eva und Ramon sind die perfekten und sehr herzlichen Gastgeber, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Abwicklung mit Team von Casa de la Luz läuft easy. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses Haus an unseren Traumstrand in El Palmar.

Komfortables Haus

Super gepflegtes, sehr gemütliches Haus mit perfekter Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ausgesprochen nette Eigentümer, Eva und Ramon. Sehe unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei Casa de la luz. Wirklich nah zum wunderschönen Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe im Ort, oder in Conil z. B. bei Aldi. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit.

Great house close to beach

We had a fantastic week in Casa Evita. The house has everything you need, it’s even better than on the pictures. Eva y Ramon are lovely people which certainly can help you with everything if you don’t need the area! Beach, estanco, carneceria, pescadería… everything is on walking distance. And some great restaurants too. Highly recommended!

Volveremos sin duda!!!

Hemos pasado una semana magnífica y volveremos sin duda. La casa es fantástica, su ubicación es muy buena también. Por la noche se podía descansar muy bien, no hay ruidos. Debo destacar que la casa en persona es mejor incluso de lo que se ve en las fotos. Quiero agradecer al anfitrión Ramón su hospitalidad y el trato tan cercano con nosotros. Un saludo para Ramón y Eva. Espero que nos volvamos a ver pronto. Antonio Pérez

Alles prima!

Wir, meine Frau, mein Sohn und ich, waren vom 07.09. bis 21.09.19 in diesem schönen, gepflegten, ruhigen und sehr sauberen Haus. Man kann hier so richtig schön den Alltagsstress hinter sich lassen und kommt wunderbar zur Ruhe. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit, das Auto kann man getrost stehen lassen und der Weg nach El Palmar, mit seinen Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkt und kleinem Hippie Markt ist ca. 1 bis 1,2 Km, nach Conil braucht man mit dem Auto maximal 10 Min. Wir haben selten so ein sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus gemietet, die Ausstattung ist top, es ist alles vorhanden, teilweise in mehrfacher Ausführung. Das Vermieter Ehepaar Eva und Ramon, sind sehr liebe und freundliche Menschen, die sich sofort um alles kümmern. Bei uns gab es allerdings überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln...;-) Was wir als nicht gut empfunden haben, war den Schlafkomfort, uns waren die Betten und Kopfkissen viel zu hart, aber das ist jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir haben 10 schöne Tage in der Casa Evita verbracht. Die Casa ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt, es fehlte an nichts. Terrasse und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und liebevoll angelegt. Die Plancha-Platte mit Paella Gasbrenner zauberte leckeres vom Grill. Die Vermieter möchte ich noch lobenswert erwähnen :-) Sie sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch die Buchung über Casadelaluz war einfach und problemlos, netter Kontakt und nette Mitarbeiter. Kurz und gut, alles sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Wie Zuhause!

Wir waren mit 4 Personen vom 21.09.19-02.10.19 im Casa Evita. Schon bei der Ankunft hatten wir das Gefühl nach Hause zu kommen. Der Garten, das Haus alles sehr liebevoll und super sauber. Dann die netten Vermieter,die u s herzlich empfangen haben. Vielen Dank an Ramon und Eva. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Und noch mehr. Kein typisches Ferienhaus, sondern ein Zuhause. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. In 10 Minuten in einem kleinen Supermarkt um die noch warmen Brötchen zu kaufen. Alles einfach perfekt! So das wir für nächstes Jahr gleich wieder buchen wollten,leider ist unser Zeitraum schon belegt. Aber es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Zum Schluss noch ein herzliches Dankeschön an das Team von Casa de la Luz,die zu jeder Zeit für uns da waren.

Fast schon wie zu Hause

Wir waren dieses Jahr vom 11.05. bis 01.06. wieder in der CASA Evita. immer noch alles so sauber und gepflegt und so gut ausgestattet wie bisher. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns mit unseren Freunden, 3 Wochen rundum wohl gefühlt. Es sind fussläufig 300 Meter zum Strand (wenn man laufen kann und nicht verletzt ist :-) ). Der Metzger hat immer noch hervorragendes Fleisch und El Palmar ist weiterhin ein chilliges Örtchen (zumindest um diese Reisezeit). Das Wetter war klasse, nur an ein paar wenigen Tagen sehr windig. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter Eva und Ramon, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind Zum Schluss auch noch ein Dankeschön an das Team von Casa de la Luz, die bei Fragen und Problemen sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent sind. Wir werden wiederkommen.
