Large villa on a large wooded plot of 2300 m2
The house is composed of 2 adjoining and identical houses (very practical when you want moments of privacy). Each house includes:
-1 living room with television.
-1 well-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave),
-3 bedrooms
-2 bathrooms, one with toilet
-1 separate toilet
Tenants therefore have the right to:
2 living rooms, 2 very well equipped kitchens, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two with toilets and 2 separate toilets.
The common areas:
-A large covered terrace equipped with barbecues with views of the pool.
It is a very popular place to live and the most used for good times together, evenings of exchange and sharing.
-The garage with 1 large freezer, a washing machine and 2 adult bikes and 1 children's bike at the disposal of tenants.
-The secure and heated swimming pool (heating very useful in case of mistral episode).
Availability: from June 30 to 1 September.
Rentals start and end on a Sunday.
Price: 2500 € per week. 4800 € for 2 weeks
