Cedar Ridge feels like a private retreat that still invites you to explore the vibrant Hedgesville and Berkeley Springs area.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms each feature a Queen Bed, offering comfortable space for couples or families. Above, a large loft sleeping area provides additional room for friends or children, all framed by the loft‑style, open‑plan design that lets natural light fill the main living space.



Outdoor living

The huge deck stretches out for grilling, dining, or simply soaking in the forest views. A fire pit sits nearby, perfect for roasting s’mores and sharing stories under the stars. The private hot tub is nestled on the deck, giving you a soothing soak while the woods surround you.



Kitchen & dining

A modern kitchen boasts new appliances, a dishwasher, granite countertops, and an island that doubles as a casual gathering spot while you prep meals. The open layout lets you keep conversation flowing between cooking and the living area.



Connectivity

High‑speed, reliable Wi‑Fi handles streaming movies and video calls with ease, so you can stay connected or enjoy a night in with a favorite film without interruption.



Neighborhood

A short 10‑minute drive brings you to The Woods golf course, complete with a spa, hiking trails, and a restaurant/pub. In 25 minutes you’ll reach Berkeley Springs, celebrated for its arts community, boutique shops, restaurants, a brewery, and a winery. The area offers a blend of outdoor adventure and cultural experiences.



Guest considerations

The driveway is steep and covered with loose gravel; standard cars, SUVs, pickups, and minivans navigate it without issue, but extra‑large vehicles may struggle. Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each stay, though you may still notice leaves or pollen—a natural reminder of the setting. We welcome families and dogs, but we are allergic to cats and cannot accommodate them. After booking, you’ll receive the Sleepy Hollow Lot Owners Association House Rules to review and acknowledge.
