deally located in the Belleville/Jourdain village (on the border of the 19th and 20th arrondissements) and just a stone's throw from the Buttes Chaumont park, this 2-room apartment is less than 5 minutes from two metro stations (lines 11 and 7bis), 8 min by metro from Place de la République and 15 min from Chatelet les Halles (direct line).

Located in a building at the end of a courtyard, this quiet, light-filled apartment benefits from an excellent location.
Quiet and comfortable, it sleeps 4, with a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for daily use.
Lively but quiet neighborhood with shops, banks, post office, Rothshild hospital, Saint Louis hospital, Debré hospital...
There are several bakeries around the apartment, all of which are excellent.

Great Paris accomodations

The property was clean, bright with windows that opened. It was in a very nice neighborhood with lots of bakeries and restaurants. Easy access to buses and metro. I’d love to come back again.

quiet apartment in a lovely area

The apartment was as described. On the third floor, but not difficult to reach (even though I am on crutches). In Paris one does not expect apartments to be spacious, but this was more than adequate for two. (For four it might be rather cramped). All the facilities that we required. The Belleville area is a lively district, and the Buttes Chaumont are lovely.

The overall was good. The place was in a perfect location. The property could have been cleaner but after a little sweep and washing the floors it was better. When opening the love seat to sleep, there is very little room for people in the bedroom to go to the washroom at night. Overall. Ok

Great location

Convenient location near restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation and a beautiful park. Had everything we needed. We travel with a fan which was very beneficial. Tempertures reached low 80s while we were in Paris. However, much warmer snd the apartment may be very hot, as it is on the 3rd floor, no A/C. Great breeze with windows open. The bed was very comfortable. Towels were high quality. So much better than staying in a hotel with just a bed and a chair. Communication was quick. Host was on-site to give us a quick tour and provide keys. Price was very reasonable! I highly recommend!

Perfect Paris space

Our host was wonderful about communicating all of the apartment details before we arrived. She even let us know the apartment was ready early. She does not speak English but I used Google to translate her messages and she gave a great tour to show us everything we needed to know about the apartment. There is a locked courtyard for extra security. The apartment is a little small for 4 people but hey, you’re in Paris, you shouldn’t be in your apartment all day. We loved the location and it’s proximity to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. There are also several patisseries and restaurants within walking distance. This is a bit out of town but located within a couple blocks of the metro which is easy to navigate and will take you anywhere you need to go. We enjoyed our time here and felt it was a great value.

Perfect little apartment

We loved staying at this apartment! so close to the 11 metro line!! Lots of boulangeries nearby, a fromagerie, a cute bistro on the corner. Plus Buttes de Charmont park is right nearby. The place is small, perfect for two friends but ideal for a couple. There’s a small fridge if you want to grab something to eat at home one night, but unlike American kitchens, only a small burner and a microwave. The beds are comfortable and the bedroom is spacious. It’s a fourth floor walk up (typical Paris!) so if you have mobility issues it may not be for you. Also, Anna speaks French no English, but my friend who speaks no French got by with Google translate. I can’t recommend it highly enough!! Merci beaucoup, Anna!! A bientôt!

Not a comfortable place

The apartment needs a serious upgrade. The bed is so old and falling apart, the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in. The bedding very old and scratchy. The bathroom is very out dated with little lighting throughout the apartment. The electrical was scary to use. It was three flights of circle stairs to drag our luggage up. We confirmed with the owner that there would be plenty of bathroom towels but there was only the very minimum left for us. I enjoyed Paris and was happy when we were not in the apartment that we rented. The heating was not getting the room warm. That left the apartment cold at all times.

Je suis navrée que l'appartement ne vous ait pas convenu. Concernant le chauffage, je m'explique mieux pourquoi il faisait si chaud dans l'appartement qui avait les radiateurs à fond.

Great stay, odd ending.

We met Anna, the owner, at the entrance. She was gracious and accommodating as I did not speak French and she did not speak English. She showed us how to use the keys and around the apartment. She was very kind. Our plane did not leave until 6pm on check out day so I asked if we could stay late and she said no problem, without any charge as well! The apartment worked well for myself and my three children. We would have loved to have AC but left the windows open and it cooled off at night. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is that the mosquitos came in and my girls got bitten quite a bit. They happen to be pretty allergic to the bugs and had big welts on them by the end of the stay. Again, not the owners fault, just FYI. The final day of the stay though there was a knock at the door and a man said he was going to turn off the power if I didn’t open the door and pay the contract?! I refused and he actually shut off the power. I texted Anna she apologized and said she didn’t know what had happened. Honestly, we should have been checked out by then so she did us a favor but that was pretty unsettling for a women traveling with three kiddos. Not sure how electricity contracts work in Europe but it was weird.

Je vous renouvelle toutes mes excuses pour ces désagréments. Cependant, je tiens à vous signaler qu'il aurait été souhaitable de vider les poubelles (surtout celle de la salle de bain avec les serviettes hygiéniques usagées). Les sachets vides de Kinder bueno dans le frigo ou les serviettes mouillées jetées dans la salle de bain était aussi de la plus mauvaise surprise pour moi. Bien à vous

Il faut savoir que malges les frais de menage inclus a la reservation, il vous est demandé de tout rendre propre sans quoi on vous reclame des frais supplementaires indiscutables.J'ai dû payer 50euros supplementaires apres mon sejour avec la menace d'en avoir pour 200 si je ne payais pas dans les 48 heures.Desagrable relation avec un hôte plutôt abusif qui ternis les vacances par ce comportement meprisant. Sinon il manque une couverture pour le lit d'appoint et un porte-manteau dans l'entree.

ubicata in una posizione strategica e ben servita.annuncio ingannevole, non è presente alcuna vasca idromassaggio ma solo una doccia a 60 cm dal pavimento che puoi rischiare di scivolare o cadere per l'altezza del gradino. locale sporco con tazze usate nel lavabo e cibo all'interno del frigo, frigo tra l'altro, con il congelatore totalmente pieno di ghiaccio e rotto con la porta del congelatore che non si chiude. lavatrice senza centrifuga. privo di asciugacapelli. terzo piano senza ascensore. dopo aver pulito e sistemato tutto, l'host con fare aggressivo pretendeva che pulissimo tutto l'appartamento dopo che nel costo della prenotazione è già compresa la pulizia del locale.lo trovo molto scorretto e ingiusto.furbamente l'host ha cancellato lo storico dei messaggi caricandoci dei costi, ci siamo rivolti all'amministrazione del servizio clienti del vrbo che ha risolto la contestazione , tutelando noi clienti. host totalmente sconsigliato.pessimo

Je trouve très drole l'intégralité de vos remarques étant donné que j'ai du faire intervenir Abritel suite aux dégats que vous avez laissé dans l'appartement. Vous parlez de jacuzzi mais il n'a jamais été indiqué qu'il y avait un jacuzzi dans l'appartement mais une douche !!! Concernant le fait que l'appartement soit au 3ème étage sans ascenseur est mentionné dans l'annonce !!! Parlons maintenant de votre comportement : - vous avez voulu communiquer uniquement par WhatsApp pour ne pas laisser de trace sur la plateforme ... ayant enregistré l'intégralité de nos échanges j'ai pu transférer les éléments à la plateforme. - l'appartement est non fumeur et j'ai retrouvé des cendres dans l'appartement !!! Donc vous y avez fumé !!! - vous vous êtes servi dans le linge sans demander l'autorisation et avez utilisé une bonne partie des draps propres pour les prochains vacanciers !!! - vous avez laissé l'appartement dans un état pitoyable !!! poubelles laissées pleines ouvertes et en plein soleil !!! vaisselle non faite, planche à découper utilisée et pas nettoyée, spaghetti brisé et émietté dans tout l'appartement, chocolat collé sur les chaises meubles et murs !!! Serviettes hygiéniques pleine de sang laissé partout et sang de règle mis sur toutes les serviettes de toilettes claires de l'appartement !!! Et sans oublier la casse !!! Monsieur je ne souhaite plus jamais vous recevoir et plains vos prochains hotes !!!
