Waterfront condo with a beautiful pool opening out to direct beach access with lounge chairs and umbrellas so you walk out in style, instead of schlepping beach gear.

Included with apt is pass to rent large beach chairs and umbrella for $5/day from Esteban's ($50/day value at neighboring properties).

The building offers the historic art deco feel along with laundry on each floor and, I can't stress this enough, the BEST location in Miami.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE BUILDING
There is a parking lot one block up on Ocean Drive in-between 4th and 5th street prices vary and are negotiable and very convenient. There is also a municipal garage 4 blocks away on Collins and 7th street they have the lowest prices in the area. We recommend our guests to download - The best parking app - or - Spot hero - for availability and prices in the area.

More on the comforts of home: We have a pack and play to accommodate the littles, fully equipped kitchen to cook, amenities in the bathroom so you can pack light. Please inquire if there's anything else we can provide to make your travel and stay easier.

Fantastic time in South Beach

We had such a great experience with this property and our stay from the outset! Everything was exactly as described, and the location is the perfect balance between all of the action of Ocean Drive and all of the quiet and relaxation of the beach. Pool and beach access were easy, and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a great touch. The size is perfect for a couple or a small family, and there are so many things within walking distance that made it a perfect location for us. Also - Claudia, our property manager, was AWESOME! Great and fast communication, and so helpful and accommodating! And the fabulous artwork is an added bonus! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Not the greatest place to stay. Very small, we stayed for two weeks. Not that clean, our white socks turned black pretty quick. Wore our flip flops during our stay. Definitely need general maintenance inside the unit. Broken floor tiles, draws don’t properly open and close. Living room air conditioner didn’t work at eventuality got replaced. Towels supplied limited, we started with one shower towel and ended up getting two more, which made doing laundry more frequent. Pool area not kept, all the lounge chairs were broken, dog poop found at least three times on the poop deck. This is not our first VRBO rental and had great units both in Canada and the USA. I only gave two stars, one for location and two for beach access. This unit is good for 1-3 stay tops. Don’t forget your ear plugs as the AC unit in the bedroom is very noisy.

Great location and great unit

I had a great stay, great location, easy check in process, and a very flexible checkout. Communication with the owner was fabulous, she was on top of everything every time I asked a question. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

Ocean Walk Condo is a historic, art deco building that is centrally located in South Beach. This building was the first hotel in the area called the Sommerset Hotel. There is a glimmer of art deco surroundings still intact and because of the hotel background, the building is a legal short term. That's the main reason we chose to invest in the building.
