Attention, hors fonctionnement d'un WC ds chambre parentale, prévenu le jour de l'arrivée, malgré échanges mails. Parasol extérieur en tres mauvais état (déchiré). Que 2 télécommandes pour 3 splits climatisation 1 seul jeu de clé maison ... Débris de verres cassés sur la moitié de la terrasse, enfant s'est blessé Produits d'entretien à prévoir Mais prêt d'un matelas enfant à mettre par terre, et prêt d'un parasol pour la plage Location calme

J'ai pris bonne note de vos remarques et j'en suis désolé. Je fais le nécessaire pour y remédier. Le parasol avait été déchiré suite à un coup de vent violent, le locataire précédent l'ayant laissé ouvert. Il n'a pas été possible de le remplacer rapidement car il n'y en avait plus en stock chez le fournisseur. Il va nous être livré et installé cette semaine. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau.

La maison est spacieuse et l'extérieur parfait. Néanmoins quelques détails seraient à améliorer : une petite bouteille d'eau aurait été appréciée après un si long voyage, les serviettes de bain étaient complètement usées, télévision pixielisée, grille pain premier prix ou l'on ne peut pas mettre des morceaux de baguette, planche à découper usée... Bref des petits détails faciles à changer mais qui font la différence à ce prix.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Les planches à découper sont changées tous les ans, il peut arriver que, quasiment en fin de saison, comme ce fut le cas pour votre réservation, elles paraissent usagées. Nous avons une intendante sur place qui s’occupe des arrivées et départs, elle aussi disponible pour remédier à tous problèmes ou anomalies ainsi qu’aux demandes des locataires. Je suis désolé que vous ne lui avez pas fait part de vos observations au moment où vous les avez relevés ce qui nous aurait permis de vous satisfaire pleinement. Nous avons donc tenu compte de vos remarques et les changements ont été apportés.
