Thank you for taking your time to leave us a great review. I'm happy that you and your family had a great time staying at our place. I apologize for any inconvenience regarding the backyard area, which is susceptible to uncontrollable outdoor weather conditions, such as leaves, rain, or dust. It is unclear which aspect of cleanliness is being referred to. We will make every effort to clean the area before each check-in, but this is subject to weather conditions. The air conditioners filters are schedule to clean periodically, we also have on-site person that can take care of immediate cleaning issues. Thank you for all the feed backs and acknowledge our guest that there are necessary paperwork and forms that must be signed and filled out before the stay, as required by our office and for liability purposes. Thank you for your feedback. However, I’d like to clarify a few points. Per the listing details and our message thread, the guest was harassing us to inquire opening of the hot tub even thought they are fully aware that the hot tub would not be available during their stay. I even offered a full refund if they wished to cancel, but they insisted on checking in. After check-in, I received numerous phone calls and messages about minor concerns. They also overfilled the freezer and then claimed it wasn’t working, even though the ice maker was functioning perfectly (they confirmed). However, the technician went and checked the two things she claimed weren’t working properly, confirmed that both the freezer and washing machine were working properly, even showing the thermostat and photo of washing machine working as proof. Despite my polite and professional responses, the guest’s wife rudely told me not to bother following up. She then went on to blame everything in the house, even saying she was afraid to use the sauna and fire pit just because her lasagna wasn’t freezing properly........ I strive to provide a great experience for all my guests, but unfortunately, this stay was particularly challenging. I encourage future guests to review the listing details carefully and communicate respectfully. Thank you!
