Le Saphir - Nice Studio in the city center with air conditioning
Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 2 or 3 people.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a coffee machine...
Find a double bed 140x200 cm on the mezzanine accessible by the stairs.
In the living room, a sofa bed 140x190cm is also available for a third bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).
🅿️ Parking is possible in nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or underground car parks of La Poste or Bonlieu.
🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.

In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Équipements recommandés
Casques pour éviter les blessures en effet il faut évoluer courbé pour ne pas se cogner au poutres du plafond dangereuses
Pour accéder au lit par des escaliers très dangereux il faudra ramper pour pouvoir s’allonger
L’accès à l’appartement par des escaliers très escarpés
Le local à poubelle nauséabond et le jour de collecte les containers obtruent la porte d’entrée
On a fuit avant la fin de notre séjour
À j’oubliais il fait une chaleur insupportable dans la chambre et nous n’avions pas de Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas elle a été réparé après réclamation
Je répète indigne et surtout dangereux je me suis d’ailleurs ouvert la tête en me cognant sur une poutre très coupante je répète à fuir

Nous nous excusons profondément pour les désagréments rencontrés et regrettons de ne pas avoir été informés de ces problèmes pendant votre séjour. Nous aurions fait de notre mieux pour y remédier immédiatement. Vos commentaires concernant les poutres au plafond et les escaliers ont bien été notés et seront pris en compte pour de futures améliorations.
En ce qui concerne la température dans la chambre et la climatisation, nous sommes désolés pour l’inconfort. Le problème a depuis été résolu, et nous continuerons de surveiller la situation pour éviter qu’elle ne se reproduise.
Nous comprenons que ces conditions vous aient poussé à écourter votre séjour, et nous le regrettons sincèrement. Merci pour votre retour, et nous espérons avoir l’occasion de mieux vous accueillir à l’avenir.
