Clean, cozy, and among the best locations in Breck-- ski-in, walk across the street to snowflake lift (never a wait). Good for a couple or very small family.
The condo is well appointed, super clean, quiet, and a short walk from the Snowflake lift. We especially appreciated the many nice features such as an espresso machine, electric kettle, and basic foodstuffs. The apartment is a perfect size for a couple.
We loved our stay here. The place has a nice cozy cabin feel and not too cramped. It was very convenient just a short walk to snowflake ski lift which also has a bus to peak 9/beaver run. We also walked to town every night for dinner which was only a short walk. Really enjoyed our stay!!
Perfect ski-in, ski-out rental! The location couldn't have been better, offering convenience for hitting the slopes or a short walk to Main Street. The accommodation itself was exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable environment after a day of skiing. A dream spot - 10/10 would recommend!
This lodge was described as a Luxury Lodge…. I would not have thought that,, Location was good for ski in and out… The last night we were there,a smoke alarm started chirping about every 60 seconds all night ! Needless to say we got zero sleep and the host didn’t reply to my text until late the next day..There were a few other things that I could say,but Luxury is not the right word…I think I should get a refund for the night that the smoke alarm kept us up all night.. I talked to VRBO about it and have not heard from them..

This guest requested a refund because he wanted to check out a day early to travel home ahead of a winter storm hitting much of the Midwest and East coast. Pursuant to our policies—and common sense— we were did not satisfy his demands for a refund to check out early despite veiled threats for a negative review. Our service team promptly went to the Lodge to assess the smoke detectors which were not beeping at all.

Very clean, everything you need to cook, appliances like new. Owner very responsive and helpful. You can ski in to either side of the street, very convenient.

Condo was awesome. It was clean and great location. We felt like we were staying in a friends condo. The owners have done a great job to make everyone feel at home !
We have stayed in Breckenridge several times and this has been our favorite by far! Such a great location and super cute place. We are a family of 4 with a 7 and 12 year old. The space was perfect for us. We were so impressed with how clean the unit was too, so kudos to the cleaning crew!

The parking and location of the unit was slightly wonky but the host had such great communication it was a non-issue. Great spot I'd recommend to others!
This property was perfect for our little getaway. Clean and cozy. It was very cold outside, but we still chose to walk to dinner since we were so close to Main Street. My fiance enjoyed the proximity to the lift across the street. We will surely stay again when we return to Breck!!
The condo is everything as described. It is clean, updated, and comfortable. The location is literally steps away from the Snowflake lift and the 4 O'Clock run. Main street is a short walk from the unit. There is a Breville cappuccino machine, cabinets full of spices, oils, and nearly anything you need in the kitchen as well as several humidifiers. It really is a nice place to stay.
Great location, good for 2 people. Area would be very tight using inflatable bed. Kitchen is setup for cooking home meals but limited plates and serving dishes. Great location for ski-in and ski-out. Easy walk to the village and on the bus route if you prefer.
This condo had everything we needed....VERY clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, GREAT location! Easy walking distance to downtown Breck & to the Peak 8 Gondola. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Breck! J & T.

Fantastic location directly across from ski rental and Snowflake lift, then directly on 4 O'clock ski run for easy trip home. Walking distance to downtown OR catch bus then trolley to main street. Wonderful place, close to everything. Literally park your car and walk to all shops, restaurants and across the street is Snowflake Lift.
Kitchen is fully stocked especially great when other renters have left spices, seasonings/oil etc you can use. Very clean and quiet. The owner is very accommodating and quick to respond. Would definitely come back.
Great condo in a fantastic location across the street from the Snowflake Lift. The condo had all the amenities we needed, including a large external monitor which was appreciated when I needed to catch up on some work. Cozy and convenient. Thanks for the seamless trip!
