This private residence offers a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen, dining & living room, and is perfect for a quiet getaway. Off street parking and private entrance. Our location places you close to all the local attractions, hiking, biking, and we are minutes away from downtown. We welcome families, couples, or anyone who desires to get away and enjoy all the beauty that Colorado has to offer.

The living room features a queen sized, memory foam, pull out sofa.

The off street parking is best suited for small to mid size SUV’s. There is free on street parking close by as well.
