Luxurious, with great attention to detail, newly built by the DTV with 5 stars certified attic apartment in a prime location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
In the apartment Fuxbau you live in one of the most beautiful areas of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and enjoy the beautiful views of the entire Alps. Directly below the Kramers, quiet yet central location, you can reach the center on foot in about 10 minutes. Our apartment Fuxbau is furnished for 4 adults and a small child (max. 2 years). Included in the rent u. A. Electricity and water consumption as well as a parking space for private use. Our apartment Fuxbau we have built with great attention to detail and furnished with special furniture. We deliberately refrain from a detailed enumeration because we believe that we have largely thought of everything. But still a little taste of what you can expect:

- Two bedrooms, one with one double bed and TV for the parents, the other with two single beds, both bedrooms with fitted work surfaces
- 1 bathroom with floor-level shower and 3-way adjustable hand shower, toilet, washbasin unit, heated towel rail

Charming apartment

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, location and accommodations this home offered while staying in Garmisch. The property owners were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again when we return!

Im Urlaub haben wir gern viel Platz und ziehen deshalb Ferienwohnungen Hotels vor. Und der ist reichlich vorhanden, vor allem das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die 2 Badezimmer waren recht praktisch, wenn z. B. zwischen Ende der Wanderung und Tischrerservierung nur kurz Zeit war. So konnten beide gleichzeig duschen.An der Sauberkeit der Wohnung gab' es nicht das Geringste auszusetzen und wir sind da ziemlich penibel ;-)Lage ist perfekt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die absolute Ruhe nachts. Ich bin sehr geräuschempfindlich, aber es gab keine Nacht die man nicht bei offenem Fenster hätte schlafen können. Man hört wirklich nichts außer der Natur. Dennoch sind mehrere Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 10-15 Min.). Unser Favorit war "Zur Schranne" das mit bayerischer Küche und perfektem Service deutlich hervorstach.Der Fuxbau dient auch als Startpunkt für einige Wanderungen ohne dass das Auto bewegt werden muss, was wir gerade am 1. Tag recht praktisch fanden. So kann man an der Kriegergedächniskappelle vorbei den Kramerplateuauweg gehen, zur Berggaststätte Sankt Martin, zum Pflegersee oder zur Burgruine Werdenfels.Die Vermieter waren selber im Urlaub aber immer telefonisch erreichbar und auch die Verwandtschaft nebenan war stets hilfbereit. Wir hatten aber keine Probleme. Ein paar Tage vorher bekamen wir eine sehr ausführliche "Anreisebeschreibung" wie man durch das Eingangstor und in das Haus kommt (Schlüsseltresor).Vielen Dank Familie Gangkofner. Wir kommen wieder.

Noch nie so eine saubere komfortable grosse Ferienwohnung gehabt. Nette hilfsbereite Vermieter. Himmlische Ruhe, die Gegend ein Traum, alles sehr nah. Es hat in der Wohnung nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir waren positiv überrascht von der wirklich tollen Wohnung. Da wir es nicht ganz glauben konnten, dass eine Wohnung so viele positive Bewertungen hat. Aber es stimmt wirklich alles. Von den super netten Vermietern über die tolle ruhige Lage bis hin zur tollen Aussicht war alles wirklich perfekt. Ein kurzer Spaziergang und man war in der Fußgängerzone oder in den Bergen. Wir waren alle sehr begeistert, selbt unser Hund Vielen lieben Dank Familie Gangkofner dass wir ihre schöne Wohnung nutzen durften und kommen sicher gerne wieder. Viele Grüße aus dem schönen Kraichgau.

Der Fuxbau ist eine absolute Empfehlung

Familie Gangkofner sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Wir wurden von ihnen und Asterix sehr freundlich und herzlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lagen und bietet alles was man genötigt, vor allem die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder!

Schicke Wohnung in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage

Sehr netter Empfang mit ausführlicher Wohnungsführung und Einweisung in alle Funktionen. Top ausgestattete sehr große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Matratzenqualität gut. 2 große Bäder mit super Ausstattung - in einem Bad ist sogar ein Radio eingebaut. Ausstattung der Küche lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr bequemen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen, großen Ferienwohnung. Lage der Wohnung sehr ruhig, aber dennoch sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Gerne wieder

TopFerienwohnung Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen

Fantastische Unterkunft in toller Umgebung

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung rundum zufrieden. Ausstattung perfekt. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, das Auto konnten wir die meiste Zeit stehen lassen, weil alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten leicht zu Fuß erreichbar waren.

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage!

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung und würden auch ein zweites Mal vorbeikommen. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich gut ausgestattet. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top. Auf der einen Seite ist die Innenstadt zu Fuß wunderbar zu erreichen und auf der anderen Seite kann man direkt von der Wohnung aus den Kramersteig in Angriff nehmen.

Super Woche in Garmisch

Wunderschöne Wohnung in einem neuen Holzhaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Parkähnliches Grundstück in Laufnähe zum Zentrum. Das Haus der sehr netten Besitzer steht auch auf dem Grundstück. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ein wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil

Eine Woche haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser erstklassigen Ferienwohnung verlebt. Sie ist super eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts und die Lage in einem parkähnlichen Garten ist sehr ruhig und doch zentrums- und einkaufsnah. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr freundlich und ist jederzeit bemüht, dem Urlauber einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung jedem Interessenten nur wärmsten empfehlen.

Fabulous home in Garmisch

Wonderful 2BR home with all the modern necessities. Especially good for families as the second bedroom has 2 beds ( kids don't have to share). The kitchen is state of the art with top appliances and chefs tools. Lots of outdoor space and a wonderful view of the Bavarian Alps. Easy walk to the Marienplatz for dining and shopping,
