Relax and take in stunning sunrises and sunsets on the balcony of this 9th floor 1400+ sq. foot ocean front condo. This unit is steps from beach and across the street from groceries, restaurants/bars, and shops! With a spacious kitchen, living area, and extended balcony, this condo is well outfitted for hosting large families or group of friends to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Unit amenities include central air, newly renovated vinyl and tile floors, washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, large ROKU flat screens TVs in each room with over 200+ channels. The main living area features an open kitchen, dining room, and entertainment area.

Building amenities include covered parking, a large outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, fitness center, and outdoor showers. Listen to live music from the comfort of the balcony or head right next door to enjoy the best of Cherry Grove at Snooky's and Murphy's.

Great 9th floor corner condo in Cherry Grove. Close to anything you might need and the music from the bar next door will serenade you til bedtime. But seriously, we like the music- it’s fun and for us, part of the charm of the condo. Clean and well kept. Overall very happy. Can’t wait to stay here again!

View was great and direct private beach access. The end unit allows great ocean views from 2 bedrooms and the main living space, hard to find that in many units. Condo was in a great area, easy drive anywhere for fun or dining. Condo wasn’t quite as clean as others we’ve stayed at but not too far out from what you’d expect from these heavily rented units. There is a bar next door that plays loud music most nights until 10:30 or so if that is an issue for you. It wasn’t a problem for us, but if you go to bed early, be aware.

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo! We enjoyed the stunning views! The condo was super clean and the decor was so pretty! It was such a relaxing place. Sean was an excellent host! He responded quickly and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. If we make our way back to Myrtle Beach, we will definitely stay here again!! Cherry Grove Beach is such a beautiful and peaceful area.

Enjoyed this condo very much. Living room furniture was comfortable. We loved the bed in the main bedroom so much, we plan to buy the same mattress. The welcome basket was thoughtful and included a new dish sponge along with snacks. We’ve stayed at several condos at Springs and this is one is definitely one of our favorites. Appreciate the easy check in and departure process. Thanks to the Gilson’s for an enjoyable stay!

WE love Cherry Grove and this rental location! Close to shopping, dining and live music. We all enjoyed our stay and our host Sean was very accommodating. There were a few items that need to be addressed and we let the host know, but it did not impact our stay!

Wonder vacation!!

The hosts are very responsive to some of the earlier requests that we needed to accommodate some of our guests. We had stayed at this property before which is very very beautiful. It was a wonderful time. Great location with access to all amenities, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The upgrades to the unit are amazing. We were lucky enough to meet some of the other owners that live there and they were so very nice and were very welcoming of all of us. We so enjoyed our stay at this very beautiful place.
