Book your stay at this stylish home with an open concept with a coastal feel throughout, grand ceilings and boat parking. Relax in the living area on the modern couch with plush pillows and two accent chairs while watching your favorite movie on the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the large kitchen with spacious countertops, Keurig, pantry, stainless steel appliances and stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Savor your meals at the adjacent dining area with seating for six. There is additional seating for 4 at the bar. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway area. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, nightstand, bench at the foot of the bed, closet, chest and wall-mounted TV. Freshen up in the ensuite bathroom with double vanities and tile walk-in shower. Perfect for the kids, the bunk room has 2- Twin over Full bunk beds, a gaming couch, wall-mounted TV and closet. The guest room consists of a Queen bed, nightstand, chest, closet and wall-mounted TV. Both rooms share a hall bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower. Bonus features such as a large backyard, covered patio, balcony, room for boat parking and only 0.9 miles to the beach make for an impressive vacation. Come and play, book today.

This property was just amazing. Me and my family had a great time. The pool was just amazing and loved that it was heated cuz some days it was chilly out. Also, having the golf cart was an extra plus easy access to the beach. Everything was convenient and close by and did i mention how AMAZING the house was. We loved and cant wait to come and stay again.

Great Port A Getaway

Family vacay 2025

This house was perfect for families. The private pool was great with outdoor space to play games. Golf cart was great to have to drive to the beach. The house is layed out so nice and is very spacious. We had the best time EVER.

Great Girls Weekend

The house was just what we needed. Close to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants, private pool, clean and well kept. Neighborhood is quiet. We had a great time!

Great & Quiet location

The property was well described and listed. We were very happy upon arrival! The downstairs outdoor area was a great hangout spot. Our son loved the bunk beds. The walk-in shower in the master was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious!

Large floor plan, my family could move around without feeling cramped. Also pretty clean! The pool was very relaxing and having the golf cart available at the property made a difference. Busier street in front of the house, maybe HOA should request some speed bumps! Nice hosts, took care of anything we asked for super quick. Would absolutely go back! Thank you!

Pictures Don’t do justice

Right when we walked in we fell in love! A nice home feel to the house! My family and I loved every part! Our favorite parts of the house were the master shower, the outdoor shower and patio. It was all perfect!

The property was clean. Check-in process was good, no hassle. Late check out was available.. that was a plus since we went on a morning fishing trip. Home was warm welcoming and comfortable like if I was in my own house. I would recommend

Nice place

The house was clean and tidy. We did see 2 roaches, but that’s expected with that humidity. The pool was nice, but there is no shade by the pool, so it’s super hot. The weeds by the pool and by the sitting area were 2 feet tall with stickers. We asked the guys that were mowing in the front if they weedeat them, and they did, but that was on our last day. Overall nice, though.

Check-in was easy. Place looked nice. Management was very responsive to any issues. Keurig did not work, but housekeeping was able to find me a loaner. Getting the Spectrum service to work on the bedroom tv was a challenge. There was some unpleasant smelly stuff left in the side table from a previous renter, but I know they have to flip quickly during spring break.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Amenities were just perfect. We had no complications during our stay. Water pressure could be better in the master bathroom sinks. Hot water was scarce in the kitchen sink. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect beachhouse

This house had everything we needed for our beach stay. Plenty of bath towels and hot water and the kitchen was fully stocked including Tupperware! There was even a sound machine in the master bedroom. We loved having a washer and dryer and a the water hose located at the bottom of the stairs was an added bonus for washing the sand off of everyone and everything. We never were able to figure out the outdoor shower...not sure if it was user error or if it was broken. We will definitely be returning!

Nice get away

This space was perfect for our family. We had our grown daughter and her family with us. The grandchildren loved the house and we had everything we needed.. It was not far from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe.
