There is an air conditioner in the bedroom and can cool down the entire home if needed. The ocean breeze has always worked perfect.
Walk right to the beach from the house. No parking worries.
This home is set up for a family of 4. There are no parties allowed, extra guests must get Landlord approval. No Subletting.
